Worst bank you could ever be with, the customer service is absolutely horrible

Refused to work with me on something I had 50/50 control over. Offered to pay half the fee, and asked to waive one. Agent refused even with me explaining that the payment was late, also wrong card was charged. Rather steal money then work with you!!!

This bank shares the lot with a gas station/convenience store. I did not notice if this bank had drive thru service when I pulled in, but did not really need it. I found it convenient that they had a walkup ATM available outside the front door. It made for a very convenient visit and saved me from having to go inside. The ATM has the capability to take deposits as well as dish out cash when you need it. With it sharing the lot with the gas station they also share the building. It doesn't look like your typical First National Bank, but it does the job it set out to do. With the sharing of space parking can be a bit tricky if all you are here for is to use the bank.

My mother went in this branch to deposit her tax refund and open a savings acct. She was told she wasn't allowed . This bank has given her more grief than satisfaction in ten years as a customer. She will be back to CLOSE ALL of her accts. and withdrawal ALL of our family's money first thing tomorrow. And I will be with her to ensure she gets treated with respect. I find this bank and its management staff inept,pathetic, rude and thoroughly DESPICABLE. You all should take some customer service training.Most especially crystal himes who seems to think she owns the bank . Her arrogance is astounding. No longer matters as our family's substantial assets are no longer at fnb .
