It was around 3am and I had placed an order on the app. They were out of the item I ordered, and when I got there the staff had already taken steps to rectify the problem. They had spoken to the customer service for the app, and they took steps to correct the situation. They had me place another order in the store, and gave me a discount and made it quickly and it was very good. The entire staff there was very accommodating and very nice. They handled the situation perfectly and professionally. No complaints.

You call tbis a nachos grande? Hardly any toppings or cheese. Mostly all chips and over 10min wait with only 2 orders on scresn.

Ordered a bucket appetizer on the app and noticed they were charging $1.00 for a single ranch—ridiculous. Decided to wait and just ask for one in person instead.
Walking in, I’m immediately dodging a mouse running out the door (see picture). Not exactly the welcome you want at a restaurant, but okay, moving on.
At the counter, I asked for two ranch. The girl comes out swinging—asking where we ordered, how many, and telling us we need to order them separately. Turns out they’re actually 59 cents each, not the $1.00 the app listed.
So let’s recap: almost double the charge for ranch on the app, confusion at the counter, and mice running around the entrance. Not exactly the kind of “extra” anyone’s looking for with their meal.

People were rude and unhelpful. The food tasted awful and a huge waste of money. Just go to Burger King where the food and service is good.

Im a avid traveler so im familiar with most of these stores. This one is very clean and well stocked. The employees are very polite. As always they make a mean sandwich and a killer milkshake. Who doesn't love a good Sheetz MTO on the go???

I.love all of the sheetz stores .They have good and fast food when your hungry.A great place to get your gas at at great price.I really wish all of the sheets stores would get the ice cream machine s back in That was my favorite thing to get there. I really miss it. ????

Ordered 2 chili and cheese hotdogs and 2 with ketchup and relish got home and we had 2 hotdogs with ketchup and the bun fell apart and 2 with relish ketchup and cheese the hotdogs didn't match the slip on them need to get employees that can read what people order and not the first time this has happened Rutters needs to move in

The food was cold because they left it sit behind the counter, for 20 minutes and once again this is the second time. The food is cold and the chili is watered down... this is disgusting..

I stopped here during a snowstorm while I was taking my daughter back to college in Pittsburgh. Considering the snowstorm that was taking place, the store was very clean, the staff was pleasant, and my daughter and I enjoyed our M-T-O food.

Poor service after 11pm.. my food was made wrong.. manger is ignorant I'll see that manger gets fired... we NEED more rutters to run this corrupt business out of here
