Over the last 15 years I've bought more vehicles than I can count, both for companies I've worked for and myself as well. Unlimited is by FAR the BEST experience I've ever had. I came unannounced from almost 300 miles away and not only did they work with me, they treated me like I had been coming there for years. It was absolutely worth the trip and the next time I'm looking for a bike I will be back. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO JUDE and the whole team, you guys rocked it!

UCC has a huge inventory. There is something for everyone here. The people there are very friendly and the buying process was quick and easy. However, you better know what you are buying. My wife and I wanted to buy a dirt bike for our fourteen year old son. We looked at everything, talked with salespeople, explained we were looking for a bike to ride trails around our property. We saw a 2020 KTM SXF 250 and we liked it. We bought it for $6500 with 114 hours on it. We had no idea it was at the end of it's life cycle. We weren't told that the maintenance schedule recommended an engine rebuild at 100 hours and it could cost $1000 to over $3000, depending on the level of rebuild. When we got it home, we found out the clutch was sticking and we had to replace the starter. After my son road it a couple weekends, we realized it was too much bike for a beginner and it was a ticking time bomb due to the hours on it, we should trade it in on something more forgiving to a young boy that is still learning to ride. At first, nobody would take it on trade. We finally found a dealership that would but couldn't give us more than $2000 for it towards a new KLX. He now has the right bike for him but it was an expensive lesson for us. I understand it was our responsibility to know what we were getting, but I feel as though our lack of knowledge was exploited. We went there with the impression that we would be guided to the right bike for our son's needs and ability. Again, UCC has a great selection and the process was quick and easy but just be sure you know what you are buying before you sign papers.

Every purchase we have ever had at Unlimited Cycle Center has been positive. Ethan made our first purchase such a breeze that we always come back to him when we're ready for something new. He's not pushy, down to earth, extremely reliable, and knows exactly what he's talking about no matter the make or model of the atv/utv. He gets the entire process done quickly and correctly. I would give 10 stars if possible from the experiences we have had with him!

Joe (salesman) is always fantastic to deal with. He was aware of the value of my trade and worked with us to get us a very fair deal. I had numerous dealings with Joe - for well over a decade - and he is always consistent; professional; and motivated. He is - without a doubt - an asset to Unlimited Cycle Center!

DO NOT BUY FROM UNLIMITED CYCLE IN TYRONE, PA. Bought a bike from Unlimited from Jude - the Salesman. Confirmed the purchase and put $2,000 down on my credit card - gave them the credit card number which they took. Sent a picture of my drivers license - front and back. Jude assured me the bike was mine. An hour later I get a text, not even a call, that "there might be an issue." Turns out someone else was coming in to look at it. I told Jude I gave my credit card number, $2,000 down, and was in the process of wiring the rest of the money as we discussed. It should be noted they would only take $2,000 on a credit card before charging a fee which is why the bank was wiring the rest. I asked to speak to the Sales Manager. His name is Joe. What a joke he is, look how many times he is mentioned in the negative reviews. It’s a lot and very consistent. He said someone was coming from 2 hours away to "look at it," and if they did not want it, then I could get it. I confirmed with him they did not put a deposit down on it, they were just coming to look at it for the first time. I informed him I already put $2,000 down on my credit card and they committed to sell it to me. Note the price was $8,500, so this represented nearly 25% of the purchase price, with the rest being wired as agreed to with Jude. The original price was $8,749 and we agreed on $8,500. So it is clear they were going to try to sell it from under me, after committing to the sale and taking my credit card information and license, to try to get more money. That is unethical at the very least. As such, Joe refused to honor the sale. I called Ron Bush, the President. After being on hold for half an hour, I hung up and had to call back. I finally reached Ron who first told me another customer put a deposit down. Not true. I informed him that both Jude and Joe told me they had in fact NOT put a deposit down, they were simply "coming to look at it." What Ron told me clearly was not true. I asked Ron to honor the agreement and the down payment, and he told me he does "not really run things, Joe does." I reminded him, HE IS THE PRESIDENT AND JOE WORKS FOR HIM. Ron then told me they sell thousands of bikes and "these things just happen." No Ron, these things don't "just happen" at respectable businesses. If you take someone's credit card (money), their license and agree to a deal, then you honor it. That is how a respectable business works. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!I see “the owner” responds to these. Curious how they will fabricate a response to their own actions. By the way, it’s now over two days later and the bike is still for sale. Bad move Joe and Ron, I guess trying to nickel and dime your customers and not standing by your commitments backfired. Lost a sale and gained a very bad review…Joe, I received an automated response from you at 7pm on Easter Sunday, see below. If you really cared you would not send an automated response, you would call. You have my number, if you don’t, ask Jude. You not calling proves my point. An automated response is NOT customer service, it’s lipstick on a pig.

Lazy sales man, Been in the car business for 20 years and never seen a bunch of unmotivated individuals in my life. Walked into the door and no one greeted my wife and I just looked away. Walked to the parts department who was just sitting there cutting up and joking with eachother, when we asked them about their motor cycle helmets they acted like we were a bunch of nobody's and just pointed towards the helmets. We dropped my bike off for service which that at least went well. On my way out I asked a sales/finance guy about maybe trading in my bike for a new one and what would he give me on trade. Guy pulls out a book and cannot find a value, looks at me and goes well I guess about 4500 to 5500, He then shrugs his shoulders and goes back to whatever he was doing before. Did not offer to walk out and look at my bike, didn't ask me if I was interested in a bike but just completely blows me off. Best part of this whole story is I just helped out the owners wife and friend service there car at my dealership and they incoureged me to give unlimited cycle a try that they have really good service. Zero stars.

2 weeks ago was the first time we stepped into Unlimited Cycle, we were impressed. They had exactly what we were looking for, and Jude is awesome. He gave us the time to look at everything and answered all our questions. Today, March 25, 2023, was the day of picking up the new Can Am X3. Very quick process we were there about an hour if that. And we traded 2 Suzuki King Quads also. Can't wait until the trails open for the summer season and can start the break-in of this awesome machine. Highly recommend Unlimited Cycle in Tyrone.

Bought a bike (2014 Harley Davidson Dyna Wide Glide) not even two months ago, with only 6755 and it broke down. Called the company about whether they can fix my Harley, and the first time they told me to take it to a Harley Dealership to get it looked at. Because they don't have the technology to diagnose the issue. I called in today and explained the situation, and now they are telling me to bring it to unlimited. I explained another mechanic is taking care of it, but they won't cover any of the cost. Honestly don't buy a bike at this place. I haven't even put a thousand miles on the bike and it's already broke down.

I bought my '03 softail from unlimited cycle last year, Eithan gave me a good offer on my trade and was very pleasant to work with. I got to experience that same friendly atmosphere again this year when my girlfriend bought her '14 72 sporty. These guys are great people to work with and thier prices are far better than anyone around the area. Thanks again Eithan.

I have to say it was nice to walk into a dealership and not have someone follow me around. When I was ready to ask questions, Jude who works there was very helpful. Paperwork was quick and easy. Will be picking up my new to me bike later this week when the snow is gone.
