“Sherwood Groves is the best Ford Dealership for me. They are warm and welcoming without being pushy. They listen to what you say you want and act on your wishes accordingly. Scott is wonderful to work with. He ordered my 26 Explorer just the way I wanted it. He offered some good advice but didn’t push for me to take it. He was quick to get back to me when I called with questions and/or concerns. Brandon Groves is also very welcoming. He checks in and supports Scott in his efforts to give us the best experience possible. My husband and I both love their service department. Deb is the best!! Because of the friendly staff and exceptional service, we drive 40 minutes to Sherwood Groves rather than use a closer dealership.”
“I noticed that one of my tires was soft so i filled it with air and called R&G to see if they could check it for me if I brought it in first thing in the morning. I had it at the garage by 8:00 and Mitch got right on it, found the leak, had it fixed and I was back on the road in no time. As always—very satisfied.

“I have never owned a Toyota before. I always believed they were out of budget range. The service was quick, had one issue with my first service check with the tire sensors showing low pressure. They resolved that issue, changed my oil and filter, rotated my tires and checked the brakes in less than 30 minutes. I was prepared to be there an hour or more! Stellar service today! “This place and the people are fantastic. After completing an appointment at the nearby Guthrie Clinic came out to my vehicle to find that I had a serious problem with my rear brakes. I drove to their shop and they IMMEDIATELY diagnosed the issue and got the parts delivered on site to complete the repairs. No hesitation on their part to look at the vehicle much less to offer to get it fixed. I have not mentioned that I was accompanied by a young child and infant and they made us very comfortable while waiting.”

They were very pleasant and we live in NY but was at the local hospital for Drs appointment. I'd drive back there again for service . “I don't know these folks personally and I normally don't leave google reviews but the new owners at this shop deserve it. Extensive amount of work was done on an import car brand many local shops declined to work on and they did an amazing over the top job on it. The bill came in $100 less than originally quoted. The car was washed and shined up looking as good as the day we bought it and smelling like a Christmas tree. Most importently, My daughter drove away very happy. 5 Stars”
