Register is often unattended...no bell to summon a clerk. You have to stand there and wait for employees to notice you or go in search of a clerk. If there are customers in the store you can safely assume one of them will want to make a purchase. A better monitoring system is needed at the check out counter.

It's neither good nor bad. Staff isn't rude, but isnt friendly either. The shelves can get untidy, but generally it is clean. They do usually have what you need. Unfortunately they haven't carried many homeopathic remedies from what I've seen and that would probably put this review up to 5 stars.

Be careful when applying for a job there. You may get there and they tell you the job you applied for doesn't exsist there. Of course no one could be bothered to call and tell you that before you arrive there.

Your store needs a new manager with compassion, and some skills at a professional level. I have read several complaints sent to me from other people in this town over the way your store manager Chuck treated my wife. If you think people of this town don't deserve better, you are mistaken. Your customer service skills for this manager is non-existent and he doesn't want your business!! If you think this is at all okay, then maybe this town needs some more competition.

Are you kidding? I have to give this store even one star? The store manager at Rite-Aid named Chuck made my sister feel like a criminal when she come back into the store asking for some help with a product she bought that wasn't working. CEO's do you care? Does anyone at Rite-Aid in the corporation or home office care that their store manager is telling people to shop elsewhere because he doesn't want your business!!! My sister made a youtube video and it is about time someone starts to care!!!!

Rude and unprofessional employees. I have been in there a number of times & employees act like they don't wanna be their. I will never shop their again
