I walked in and was instantly greated by Logan and he was very helpful. Logan was very fun to talk to and he helped me with all my problems while upgrading to a new phone. I would highly recommend this store over any other. This is the best experience I've had with AT&T. Great service all around. Would give 10 stars if I could

This is my go-to AT&T store. No matter how busy the store gets, its staff is very efficient and quick and friendly. On my most recent visit, Kiel assisted me with two phone upgrades. He answered every question I had regarding the upgrade process and all the technical questions with the devices I was upgrading to. His soft skills are on point. I can say the same about everyone there I’ve encountered at this store. I’ve even seen how their staff handles rude customers. They keep their poise and remain polite and diffuse or attempt to diffuse the situation. This store is without a doubt the best AT&T store I’ve been to. Thank you!!!

On Sunday April 14 was terrible. Apparently the Waynesburg store took me off the account. My husband wasn’t available to help us.
Monday was great, I managed the evening of 14 th with customer service to get back on account
Monday April 15 th Nikki was great

The in store staff have a lack of interest when it comes to actually helping customers. their knowledge comes from Googling a problem which anyone can do and I had done prior to going into the store. Sarcasm and smart comments are what I received once I did get someone to help with my issue, which never did get resolved. We have AT&T for only 1 reason, it's the only carrier to currently get service where we work.

The customer service rep, James was very professional and quite patient with me and my husband as we are both senior citizens and not as tech savvy as we need to be. James went above and beyond in explaining everything regarding our new phone purchases as well as getting us set up for AT&T Internet. I will definitely give him an Excellent Rating and referral to my friends!!!
