I bought Twisted X boots from here 5 months ago and they are falling apart and I went in and the didn’t even look at where it was coming apart they looked at the front of my boot and said it was from wear and tear

Took my two cowboy hats to be reshaped. One has autographs on it and it's my prize possession..which I don't let out of my site and they did a fantastic job on both my hats! Hands down. Thanks so much for everything ?❤️...You know I'll be back again when I get more money! The new hat I bought on May 4th has Bryan Martins autograph on it! He started it..now to fill it??.

We got my son two pairs of boots. One pair were Cody James and the store said 30 days if your not satisfied I guess Cody James warranty. So took back less than a week later. My son did wear them one time turkey hunting this past weekend. And they were muddy so I cleaned them up best I could. Went back to store and got store credit which is all I wanted. Great work Boot Barn uniontown. This is great service and what all stores should be like. How do you know if something isn’t comfortable unless you actually wear it.

Bought a pair of Timberland pros. Literally wore them on the first day that I’ve had them. There was something wrong with the one shoe. Went to take them back to boot barn for an exchange or store credit and boot barn would not take them back. Literally boots were worn one time with a defect sold by boot barn and they did not take the return. Definitely will never buy work boots from here again . . Now they’re making me call timberland and go through a two month process to get my refund. Not sure if it is company policy or just the stores policy but that is a very poor customer service and they don’t stand by what they sell.

I ordered a pair of work boots to be picked up from Uniontown Bootbarn. Pick them up go home. Go to put them on. Pull the laces out of the boot that were tucked in. Notice the lace was cut and about to break. So i called Bootbarn the next morning. I explain the situation and the lady proceeded to give attitude and act like i did it. I have bought these same boots from the manufacturer for two years. They always come with a tag on them. Well bootbarn cuts that tag off and puts their tag on. Which i suspect someone sliced the string during that process. Needless to say i wont be purchasing from bootbarn anymore. Don't treat your customers like garbage. You aren't the only place that sells boots.

They may have a decent selection of boots for formal wear, but when it comes to work boots their selection is not what you would expect in a store called Boot barn. Being the middle of winter, I wanted some insulated boots, they have like 4 different pairs, and after sitting in the parking lot for an hr watching person after person try to go in with their open sign flashing and the manager not intelligent enough to find the breaker to turn it off, I searched and searched and finally asked for help and was directed to the shelf that had 4 types of insulated boots that were all lace up, and then no label indicating the actual amount of insulation. I would say you will be better off buying boots online. Their prices are also pretty high.

Great selection in styles and boot options. Plenty of work wear and more to choose from. Two associates, Jess and Danica, are absolutely awesome and extremely helpful, Jess actually listened to my preferences and needs and made great recommendations for my footwear needs, Danica helped me pick out a new cologne and was extremely professional and efficient in explaining the rewards program, return process if needed, and checking-out at the register. Top notch business! These boots are great BTW!
