So I guess enterprise plays games. And that store on Pittsburgh street in Uniontown Pa. Is the worst with their racist undertones. So I don't who this manger is and why she still working their been when I go there always something about my insurance and what I can't rent. So I go to pick car up I give her my phone with insurance information she decides to go through my files on my insurance instead of just taking my policy number, then I asked her about a specific car that someone had rented she very loudly in front of other customers gonna say well unfortunately with you circumstances and I can't rent you that car and by the way I'm taking a chance of you renting this car. I'm saying to myself what I. The world. Like every time I go here always something. Yes I have liability insurance ok but first I never asked about renting car I asked what the car was. Then she ask me do I want their insurance I said no she goes on to ask me well if the car gets damaged can I afford to pay for it like what kind of question is that when is see other people not my color come in and not be treated this way. They are asked do you want insurance the reject they move on no not me why because I'm black and I dress a certain way and look a certain way. When have been renting from you for years with no accident always back on time and the car given back the way I got it. And to get this treatment and yet it's about customer service. Well I'm not going to stop going there but y'all need to get it together. And train your employees I called three different times and got three different answers.

I've tried to rent cars through this location multiple times. They never have cars available unless you reserve them weeks in advance.

They confirmed my rental on Monday for Friday Pickup. We went to pick up our vehicle and they did not have one. They did upgrade us which was great but it was disgusting... They stated they only had a hose to clean the vehicle due to repairs but inside and out was very dirty. Maybe being petty but if I pay 500.00 for a weekend I at least want a clean vehicle. inside and out!

If I could I would only give them zero stars but unfortunately that's not possible. I won't go into the two times I had to use them in the past but both of those experiences were terrible. Terrible choices of vehicles, complete lack of customer satisfaction, utter disorganization etc...Well my recent experience was no different. Trust me if I had a choice I would use any other compay but I couldn't because Enterprise is who my insurance company uses. After my past experiences with them I tried my best to make sure they did not make the same mistakes this time. Already having a claim number in the system I called them asking what vehicles are available since I need a 4wd where I live. They assured me they would have one when I got there. Regardless me calling him when I got there they just had a front wheel drive vehicle.So since I had a lot of things to do in the Uniontown area that day they told me a 4wd would be available at the end of the day. I asked when I should return to the rental agency and they told me 5:30. So I'm out at apointment and shopping when I get a call at 4:30 telling me they had a 4wd for me and I had to show up immediately. I told them I was 45 minutes away in Mt. Pleasant and would be there at 5:30 as instructed. They gave the last 4wd to another customer and I was stuck with what I had.There organization and business practices in the way they deal with customers is terrible. While I was complaining about the miscommunication the employee you actually hung up on me. I wasn't being rude or swearing I was just being blunt and truthful.They also offer insurance for $20 a day. This is such a ripoff, they do this all the time. Just sit there and argue with them until they give you the $6 insurance. Just don't take the car until they do this. $20 is just way too much and taking advantage of the customer.I even received the phone call with a survey about their customer service. I did tell them at their employees we're polite other than the girl who hung up on me I told them that they were terribly disorganized and they asked for my permission to call me and discuss the matter further. Here I am two weeks later and I haven't got that phone call.If you have a choice use anybody else. If you don't have a choice be very aware of charges there imposing upon you and their policies probably could thinking awful lot. Also inspect the vehicle thoroughly when receiving it and take pictures of it when you return it.Edited to add: Feb 2023...The digital dystopian years...Never thought something could get worse than bottom tier. Why do I get PTSD eveytime I have to use this diservice. I literally could give 2 $hits about your complete clean pledge message on the phone. ANSWER THE $&@×I/( PHONE!If I had a choice I would.. but this soft corporate tyranny is just a crime upon humanity.

All I can say about this place... my local branch in Uniontown Pa in particular is The office Manager Sam excels at her job. I have sat back & observed her interactions with customers on all levels, Happy, Mad & Sad I myself have worked in Management & Supervisor positions at various locations so I know what it takes to do the job she does. She runs the office efficiently. I also have to mention everyone in the office & in the shop have positive attitudes and have always treated me with the same kindness I have shown them. These days to many people are only focused on giving bad reviews and always wanting to speak to the Manager to complain but on the flip side they Never acknowledge them when they are doing their job to the best of their ability. So today I took time to write a review to say... Keep up the Good Work Sam & your crew too! ✌

Enterprise has consistently let me down. They have not been able to 'Pick me up' when they said they would and they have taken reservations and given me confirmation numbers several times and not had any cars available when I arrived to pick them up. When I attempted to complain about their service, the Sales Rep told me that I was being rude and hung up on me. This particular millennial robot named Cheyenne 'works' at the Uniontown, Pa. location. I say 'works' with quotes because she obviously doesn't know how to rent a car, has zero people skills or any consideration what-so-ever. She just talked over me and then hung up. Based on Enterprise's overall customer rating of 1.6, I assume I'm not alone. It is truly disgusting that a large company like this can be so inconsiderate and uncaring. Apparently, all that matters is the money.

My car broke down on Saturday but enterprise is closed on weekends maybe they should have told my car not to break down on a weekend. This company is worthless to me.
