went in there around 11 ish yesterday took forever to get in, the nail lady put her headphones in and was talking to someone. I had some leftover acrylic still on my nails, she took a nail tip and dug it under the acrylic, didn’t even get it off all the way. She made me bleed, and my nail is still sore. No prep work or nothing, the shape is just awful each hand has a different length, hair in the base color, no cuticle work, still had some nail polish on my hands after, i got a french tip and it’s nothing like i asked for.. the french tip wasn’t even painted properly and the application was awful. Speak up at the nail salon. i will be calling to figure this out. If i’m paying you to do something, i would expect you to do it. Do not spend your money here.
