Reserved a tool on Sunday 6-19 for Thursday 6-23. At 2:30 in the afternoon on 6-22 I received a text saying my reservation was cancelled with no explanation. Called the store and manager on duty had no reason why but they would compensate me 7.50. After several calls waited Thursday for an explanation and had to make the call myself to the store. Found out whoever rented the tool didn’t return it and when it does come back next in line gets it. I had to go back in the cycle. Never buy another thing from them again.Will drive 35 minutes to Morgantown to Menards to do my business

What a great experience tonight! We were greeted by a polite and professional young man Andrew. Then he walked us through the store to find what we needed and ran to get a cart for us. He proceeded to walk us to our vehicle to unload it for us. Best Customer service we’ve ever experienced in Uniontown while purchasing home supplies. Way to go-Home Depot!! Thanks Andrew!

I was having some trouble getting some items I needed to complete a project at my home. We were directed to Kelly L. She was one of the most helpful employees I have ever encountered. She stayed with us until every item we needed was either purchased or ordered. She also got us the best prices available. Tom from the Pro desk also helped tremendously. He was able, along with Kelly L. to let us know what was available in the store and what we needed to order. Cudo's to these wonderful employees. Home Depot is lucky to have them

Horrible customer service at the Uniontown store. Actually had Home Depot steal from me. Amazingly bad! Never try to reach their management team. It’s an hour of music on hold and then absolutely no help.

Service at the uniontown home depot is the worst. It's like the employees hide from you , then if you do find one they never show up to help you. One employee was suppose to come help me and never came. The store closed and he was standing around when I was leaving. Went to Washington pa and every employee asked if I need anything. Uniontown pa Home Depot needs to hire people who want to help and answer questions. This happened 4 times in two weeks to me

We are planning a lot of projects this summer and we have been getting supplies. The people at the Uniontown store are very friendly and helpful. Regardless what you are working on they will advise you what you need for the project. They are also patient with you if you just explain what your trying to do. Associates always have a conversation when your checking out. I love how they make reference to your project by what your purchasing. I was purchasing paint to do the inside of my home and that was 10 gallons that had to have mixed shades I wanted. There was another walking by and he jumped in to help other man, so I got done a lot faster. Their prices are great especially if something is on sell. I recommend the Home Depot for all your upcoming projects.

I ordered a smoker June 2nd and a cover for it. It said its expected delivery date was June 26. It got delivered it was the wrong smoker the smoker I received was $100 less than what I paid for also no cover. Took an hour and a half to talk to someone then ended up on the phone for another hour and they told me they could do on job pick up tomorrow but they don't know when the right smoker would be delivered and for the cover they don't know when they could get it to me. Then I asked for a refund of the stuff I did not receive and I have to come into the store to be present. Would recommend just going to Lowe's and not wasting your time here. You spend all this money and they can't get 1 thing you ordered correct. No point in doing delivery and paying for it when it is wrong and you still have to come in. Not satisfied at all.

We purchased a brand new Cub Cadet lawn tractor after ours gave out after almost 18 year of service. We bought the tractor and then found out they could not deliver it if for five days, well OK, if that is the way it has to be........... I was just at the Uniontown Home Depot to purchase four boards to have cut. I had to speak to a few employees since no one had the same answer. Finally spoke with "the wood cutter guy" as another employee called him. Asked to have four boards cut. He asked how i would like it cut and said it was $2 a board extra to cut. I said that's fine. I would like 8 inch planks cut, we normally get 12 planks out of each board. He relied, We don't do that. I said Yes you do we have done this a few times, last month even. And he says Ok well it will be an additional $2 each and every time i run the saw through the board. Seriously? I walked out. Why is this Home Depot so inconsistent and the employees are not on the same page at all? Ridiculous. It started to sound like he was just making up prices.

I had to have a refrigerator ordered and the wrong one was ordered. I did not find that out until AFTER they delivered it. It took the store forever to order the correct refrigerator My new fridge was to be delivered and the wrong one removed on the same day. Apparently that is too complicated for these dipshits. The delivery company came to get the fridge they delivered and they did not have the new fridge I ordered. I was told this would all be done on the same day. Now I have to wait almost a month before I get my new fridge and have this fridge taken away. At one point in this mess they wanted me to pay for the correct fridge AFTER I already paid for the wrong one they delivered. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THESE IDIOTS!
