I would have given them 5 stars but I have had a few little instances in the past with some select people at a different h&r block that changed my rating. However my recent h&r block trip was absolutely fine. There is going to be people or situations that aren't perfect t everywhere you go. So 4 stars is appropriate!

My tax professional was Debbie she has known me since my babies were young now there 20 and 16. Everytime she does my taxes it's fast and she knows wht she is doing we never have an issue.
