My new-car purchase from Wright Honda was completely hassle-free and thoroughly enjoyable. Tim is a very skilled and friendly sales associate--I'm lucky to have happened upon him!

I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. 1st of all my 5 yr old could clean a car better. 2nd they sold me a vehicle with tires that barely passed inspection. Then tried to get me to pay for 2 tires if they put 2 on for free. 3rd I took it to a subaru dealership where they found numerous issues wrong with the vehicle such as a severe axel leak and oil leak. Thousands of dollars in repairs. I strongly advise against working with these people as they do not care about their customers. Ashamed you can't give Negative 5 stars because I 100% would.

I had recently purchased a new truck from them that had started having head unit issues. I had to call multiple times and had to follow up after day three of my truck sitting at the shop to be diagnosed. I then was instructed they will have to see what the local Chevy dealership could do. To find out through Chevy that Wright Honda drug their feet so there was no fault on their end since it was within 30 days of purchase. They had also over torqued my wife's CRV lug nuts. The issues just keep compiling and I still have yet to get answers from my most recent call. You will not be appreciated for making a purchase through them. Nor receive friendly service.

Be wary of this shop when taking your car for service. They apparently do not feel the need to inform their customer of price changes from an agreed upon quote for services rendered. Will not be coming back. Enjoy the extra money.

If I could of chosen less stars I would have. I thought I was having great service. Till the end. I bought a brand new car there and I had to ask for Mats but they did nicely give them to me. Then within 7 days I gave up 3 of my days and took 3 more customers to them. All 4 of us bought I believe in late October.I was promised by Ken and a lady salesperson that I would get 2- $50 checks. I never received them. Before Christmas I called the sales manager and he said he would look into it. He was sure he could correct it. He has never reached out to me. This is taking advantage of an elder women who gave them 4 sales and last year my sister and her brother in law bought cars there too!! Overly was there name , mine is Patti Baum. I should of sent all to Uniontown Ford to see Joyce she seems to keep all her promises. I am very upset! It is the lies!!! $100 won’t break me but lies I will not deal with. That was a total of 6 sales!!!!!!

My husband and I were looking for a “new” work car. Having dealt with Jeff Varney for many years, I called and left a message to speak with him. He immediately returned my call (on his day off) and promised he would send me pictures of a car he felt would be a good fit for us. Within 24 hours, we got the pictures, went to look at the car, and ended up purchasing the car that same evening. It was the most smooth, stress-free and enjoyable experience. Thank you to Shianne also for your help. I highly recommend Jeff Varney at Wright Honda. You won’t regret it!

Submitted a general inquire on a vehicle and received a quick response with a call and text message. I worked with Tim Hurst on a wrangler deal. Very simple process and solid communication. Provided the clean car report and any service records. The overall transaction went great and would recommend Wright Honda to anyone looking for good deals. Ask for Tim!

This was absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I went back and fourth with the salesman about the car I wanted made an appointment took my car to have the trade in assessed. When I got there the salesman didn't even know how to open a PDF file and asked gave me his keyboard and mouse and turned the screen for me to do it. We talked about a deal and I made my down payment and was told to pick the car up at 10am the next day. I went to the dealership at 10 the next day and amazingly enough the deal changed because they made a mistake and put a different amount as a down payment down which increased my payment. That was fixed after some time. I spent 4 hours there that day and the salesman let me leave the lot with no license plate. When I realized it I sent him a text and called and he told a manager he knew the plate wasn't on the car. Mind you I went through the toll booth 2 times with no plates on the car. I went back and the salesman laughed about it. If I didn't know whose car I was buying and all the details about the car I would have taken my business elsewhere. I have never been treated like this at a dealership. They didn't even put gas in the car or detail the inside. The only thing they did was wash it and out paper mats down. If I would have went with a man I am certain the outcome would have been different. I have purchased several cars in my day from other dealers and have not ever had a worse experience than this.

I bought a new Honda Pilot from i79 Honda in morgantown in June 2021. Within 3 days, we noticed the screen was glitching. A year and a half later and a ton of random appointments, it was still glitching. I could go on about the negative experience we had with them, they pretended to order a part and said during phone calls it was coming, then when we showed up in person - no record of phone calls or orders - it made me feel crazy.Anyways - I called the corporate Honda number and they told me most of these places are privately owned and they recommended calling the Uniontown Honda 40 minutes away.So I called.. Dan from service fixes my problem in a week?! They replaced the control station which seems to have fixed the glitching screen (so far) and assured me they will stay in contact to keep making it right. and again - they didn't sell me this vehicle. they also gave me a car wash for freeso kudos to Dan and team in Uniontown. Some of the best customer service I've ever had - something you'd expect when spending 50k on a new car. Thank you so much.

Went to wright Honda to purchase a used civic. I hate to write a bad review, but this warrants one. My credit is freshly ruined, and I wanted to trade in my car. I was well aware I needed money down and I even had a co signer. I test drove the car I picked, answered some questions and sales (Shianne) sent me on my way. She said she'd reach out because finance was backed up, which is fine because I could go to Walmart etc but I wasn't driving home as I lived 40 minutes from the dealer. She estimated around 1. I left at 11:30. I called Shianne to ask for an update and she had not checked. She said she'd text me in a few minutes. Another hour passed so at this point it's 2 pm. I got there at 10:30, filled my credit app the night before and confirmed exactly which car I wanted so it would be a smooth transaction. I was so wrong. When I was finally called into finance after 2pm, they told me no bank would approve me with my money down and or co signer. He said I would need a perfect credit score co signer or $4500 or more down. He even suggested I file for bankruptcy because I joined a debt consolidation program which wrecked my credit. I said ok and I left. (I also questioned the price on this vehicle because it had HORRID scratches and paint missing. They didn't care.) Something didn't sit right with that so I immediately called Jim shorkey Kia in Uniontown because I was determined to get a car. Dayton at Jim shorkey Kia was AMAZING. Didn't desert me, bought me a pop, had conversation after the deal was already done. He didn't care what my credit was, he fought to get me in a civic I wanted. Jim shorkey Kia APPROVED Me with no co signer and I took home the same exact car today that wright wouldn't give me. They also ended up giving me more for my trade as well. Shianne was super uninterested and "forgot" a lot. I'm sure 8 months ago when my credit was still 760 I would of been treated differently but a sale is a sale and at the end of the day this is a business and that was probably the worst I've experienced buying a car. I've never been denied or treated horribly anywhere else. I've purchased 6 vehicles in my 25 years of age new and used from multiple dealers and a range of credit situations from none, to bad to good and to great. Wright Honda wasn't a pleasant experience and it's not because I could get a car, it's from the horrible customer service and ridiculous "there's no way around it" attitude. Save yourself a lot of time and look somewhere else and be treated like you deserve no matter how much money you have or your credit score ?
