Store level is great. Corporate level not so much. All they care about it's money. Corporate don't care about there customers or employees. It's all a money game to them. I don't recommend going to any Monro ,tire choice,Mr tire or any other Monro owner business. Matter a fact I don't recommend anyone going to any corporately owned business. Go to a small family owned business that actually cares about there guest and not just money

I waited until the last minute and needed my oil changed. Since I knew they could get me in quickly at Monroe I set up an appointment. About a week later I had to go to my regular mechanic for another issue. They checked my oil and appeared it was never changed. I had to pay for another oil change and filter. Will never go back and suggest avoiding this place.

Monro has gone downhill the past few years. My father and I used to come here for everything. I had an appointment for an inspection, mounting tires, and an oil change. Apparently they don’t have anyone that can do an inspection anymore. The mechanic showed up for work late and managed to get grease on my wheels, hood, and throughout the engine bay. And all of my lug nuts now have marks and gouges in them. Not to mention it was nearly $300 to do this job. I’m pretty sure it would have been cheaper at the dealership.

Had an appointment scheduled for over a week. Get to my appointment they tell me my car takes Euro oil and they didn’t have any. I drive a 2023 Kia Seltos which does not take Euro oil (went to Valvoline after). Employee continued to be rude saying guess we can’t help you BYEEEEEEEE as he waived. Extremely rude. Have gone there for years and will NEVER GO BACK and would recommend to anyone not to go there.

Disappointed they didn’t have the tool to remove my tires and delayed my process because they were unprepared. Bad business and not good for the Monro brand.

I appreciate and trust the manager Bob at this location. He has always been open, honest, and helpful in keeping my 4 vehicles in good shape. He always has had the time to talk me through any issues.

Place sucks got oil all over my jeep the guy that says he is a assistant manager has an attitude all because I asked for my keys and my copy of the receipt... update on this. $1,400 later my jeep is back on the road. the oil was from them breaking an o-ring that got sucked into my oil pump. Don't do it folks pay the little bit extra and go to a good place.

Let me tell you these guys took care of me. Even in the midst of the guy having a bunch of problems with his shop and me being 10 minutes late, he still fit me in and serviced me. Which, let me tell you, it really got me out of a jam. After it was all said and done; he gave me an honest and fair price.

We came here about a month ago for an oil change. They charged us $40 and told us about a part we needed. They were great. Two days ago we go back for two oil changes and the two men were acting strange and said “actually our card reader is down so if you want to go pull out cash that would be great.” We were like okay how much in total? They said “$60 per car.” We were confused because we were just there and it was not that much. I have a feeling they tried to make us pay cash to pocket extra money. The guy also changed my part a week ago and said can you just give me $20 cash. I said well can I just pay card? He was like cash is fine. Just very strange because the first time going there a different person was around and did everything on the computer. Idk if you go watch out.

They are seriously the best. I always go there! They are my go to car guys (: I trust their expertise and have never lead me wrong.
