I took my pup there on her birthday. She turned 1. The girl who waited on me was very nice and she gave my Gabby a scarf. I also got her a birthday cookie.

Inexperienced groomers, upcharges with out mentioning or calling first, not polite. Once was a good place to have your pet groomed, now not so much, looking for a new groomer.

LOVED THE STAFF! I had my 5yr old son & 6yr old neice. The young woman who picked out my son's feeder fish was amazing with the kids & so willing to "pick that one right thereee please" we got 25 free crickets because they was out of supply both small & large.*** They said they are having a shortage*** so I would give a call before heading over & waste a trip if u NEED crickets that day!

I signed up for a training package for my puppy. The package consisted of the puppy class OR beginner class and the intermediate training. I took the puppy class, and was looking to sign her up for the Intermediate training, however they did not have any classes on the training schedule. After speaking to Ella I found out that they didn't have any classes planned and I would have to wait indefinitely until they did have a class scheduled. I was told I could wait or get a refund. I asked about options and I was told I couldn't take the training I paid for at another store. If I wanted to go to another store I would have to drive to Uniontown get a refund then drive to the location of the training to pay for the class I just got the refund for. I can't pay online because their website ALWAYS has issues. Why can't they have an easy resolution to this issue. I would not recommend their training. PetSmart certainly doesn't care about it's customer's.Ella the trainer was very kind but unable to really offer any resolution other than drive 40 minutes to get my money back.
