My card quit working so I went in to get a new one. Sat there for 20 mins waiting only for a employee to get my name and say I have to be in a que. I have never had to be in a que I have always walked in to someone greeting me and asking what I need help with. So instead of waiting longer I walked out. This is ridiculous that every 6 to 10 months I have to get a new card and now this. Never got greeted this time and the lady put people in front of me in the que line that had just sat down.

On January 12 a charges appear in our bank account, it's a 5 charges for $9.99 to a company we don't know at all, it's call Timescape Magazine www timesca VA, we called to the bank for dispute the charges and they give us a provisional credit dispute of the 5 charges but not even passed 3 months of reglamentary investigation when they sent a letter that said " your transaction dispute has been resolved. During our review of your account and the documentation available to us, we determined no error occurred and the transaction is valid" and its not TRUE, they said those charges became from a debit card of my husband but my husband not even used that card in Internet or online and the last place that he used is was in burger King for buyed a meal and that's it, I don't recommend this bank to anybody because today they rob us $ 50.00 tomorrow they can rob us $100 or $200 and we have to accept it because they not response and not protect The accounts, they not have security protocols on the debit cards or checking accounts and we go to the bank they dispute the charges again after we seat in there more than the 30 minutes trying to explain we don't did those charges but they not send us nothing not even a letter, they have a very bad customer service.Marcela P.

Can never get a hold of anyone at this bank. I called 4 times and each time they answer and hang up on you without a single hello or anything. I get being busy but to just answer and hang up without a single spoken word? Unprofessional.

They tried to charge me a 3% Feed to cash their own check pure greed then they stamp the back of the check so I couldn’t even take it to my regular bank because they defaced it had to get with the person that wrote me the check and have them replace it Worst experience ever I had PNC as a kid I now understand why I left them

All was well until 1/2 the branch employees retired or something. Now it's just seems slow and extremely inefficient. Hopefully the new people will catch on sometime.

They have good hrs. & can do all the main services you'd expect from a bank.Replace or issue new debit card on-siteAtms on the inside & outsideExchange rolled coins into dollars for freeP.s. if you want to withdrawl a large sum of money, you must request it a few days in advance

The most unprofessional bank that I have ever come to. I literally felt the negative energy once I came in. It’s like they don’t want to help black people. The funny thing is, the branch representative himself was a person of color (Asian), but was behaving as if he was also scared of me. This town is corrupted and acts like segregation still exists.

The teller would not process my request through the drive thru..she told me I had to go inside. The greeter said I had to come inside because my transaction may have slowed the line in the drive thru meanwhile I stood in line inside waiting for a teller..and no one was in the drive thru.. I have visited other pnc banks and have always been able to complete the same transaction thru the drive thru.. Worst branch I have ever visited!

I'm so appreciative of his quality service. Overall- I've NEVER had anything but a perfect experience with all PNC locations in Uniontown, PA. THANK YOU!

The woman Lori who waited on us was extremely rude to us because their ATM ate out tax return check of thousands dollars. She was rude and demeaning and didn’t help us at all. When we called PNC 1-800 number they said she handled it very poorly and if the ATM ate her check for thousands of dollars she would be upset to. The 1-800 Pnc went ahead and fixed the problem for us that we were told in the branch was unfixable.
