I forget the name of the woman who did my blood work, I've had her several times, but she is always so pleasant and efficient at her job! I've also had others as well and they are the exact same! Great location and great staff who knows what to do and how to do their jobs!

Quest Diagnostics in Uniontown, PA with the top notch service. I loved that I was able to schedule my own appointment on Quest Diagnostics app and check myself in with the QR code. I arrived at my scheduled time and my name was called immediately after checking myself into my appointment. The lab tech was so pleasant and amazing at her job. It was the first time in my life having blood work done that I didn’t even notice her taking my blood for the test. This young lady working around 8am today deserves a raise or a bonus!

easy to schedule online. email and text updates about your appointment, but you can only reply to the text 10 minutes in advance. The phlebotomist was nice, hit the vein right away and did so with little discomfort.

Quest staff is usually very nice but
today one lady, not so much.
She was in a hurry to close ofcourse. Rushing patients around. I have COPD and was out of breath.. As I said, usually nice but too strict on the 2:30 closing. They will send u packing if close to 2:30 or if u don't have a appointment you may sit there all day.

Had an 8am appointment and was out the door by 8:02. Staff was friendly and professional, but check in was a bit of a pain.

I went to Quest for information about a program new to us. I registered and was given a number on the check in screen, it said someone would be with me, that didn't happen. A man came in after me, didn't have an appointment and he was taken into the lab after a few minutes. I could hear chatter in the lab, I know there were people there. I left after I had waited more that 25 minutes!

2nd time I wasted my time here. First time they closed their doors 10 mins early.. went back the next day, they told me I needed a appointment because there was no time to see me 15 mins before they closed. They dont take walk ins I guess any more she told me. Gas prices are crazy these days, I live 25 mins away from quest. So I’ll have to go back for a 3rd time with a app! Waste of my time & gas not only once but twice now.
