sat at the drive thru for 30 minutes for 2 milkshakes.The workers were just running around doing nothing. This is insane.

Definitely understaffed. Went through drive through which only had one other car at the time. We waited for at least 15 minutes for 2 milkshakes. Definitely would have left if they hadn't already taken payment.

NEVER GO HERE! waited 1.5 hours in line! We got a melted milkshake, cold hotdogs, they forgot our sliders, when we got them they were also Cold!

I will never order from this sheets again. Messed up my whole order for lunch on DoorDash. They gave me French vanilla bottled iced coffees instead of mocha that I ordered, they didn’t put my fries in there and they gave me the wrong gushers. I am very disappointed I will not be ordering again. It is literally uncalled for to make that many mistakes in one order, literally ruined my whole day.

Every. Single. Time.We come to this Sheetz as it’s closer that driving to the one at home when we’re shopping. I am currently here and we’ve sat here for almost an hour for fries and cigarettes. They blatantly ignore the drive thru everytime we’re here.Other times we’ve had our food messed up after sitting for 45 minutes. And it’s not even busy. The customer service is terrible. No other Sheetz around here is like this.Please save yourself the time and go get gas or food at another establishment. I work in customer service and this place is terrible at it.

I was there today the Sheetz that's on RT 40 and new Salem Rd in Uniontown Pennsylvania I always get a banana smoothie and I stood there for 30 minutes to get it that's terrible if it happens again I will go to another one the person that was before me they gave him a gift card I get a smoothie just about every day it's not that hard to make the guy that was making them he was paying attention to everyone around him and not doing he job

Buisness is a nice location. But the music when you are at the pumps is exceptionally too loud. If you doing phone call for business it is impossible. Please turn it down. I have been filling up there daily. About to change locations

This is my least favorite Sheetz within a several county area, but they do have everything you’d expect to find in one. This is a high traffic, but convenient location.
