This bank has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with and I use several banks. No one knows anything or can answer you questions and their famous response is “I just work here”. They think they can talk over customers and have a very bad attitude with everyone. I won’t be banking with them anymore. They also made a transaction from one account of mine to another without my permission and when I called to find out what’s going on, the branch manager is “in a meeting with another client”. I seem to see this problem in many reviews here. It’s time they get shut down!

Drive thru suppose to be open til 5 it was 4:45 and noones there.Needs changed I drove10 miles for nothing.

Pulled all funds from United and closed my account. It’s ridiculous that a year into the pandemic they’re still doing drive thru banking only, no lobby service. I am not doing my banking through a drive thru. I gave it a year which is more than fair. Bye, United.

Hands down the laziest group I have ever had to deal with. If you ever need something done make sure you call the Morgantown office because apparently all this one can do is answer the phone and tell you everything they cannot do and get you the number to cheat lake. I do not recommend this bank to my worst enemy! Sick of the excuses and the laziness! Like most things handled by this bank it will most likely fall on def ears basically because they don’t care.... thanks for nothing and good luck at whatever it is y’all do everyday.

Complaint filled with federal reserve. Caught them trying to rip me off with my mortgage (twice). "Managers always in meetings". I call each month and each month they steal money from me. Will be refinancing with a different bank and would not recommend United to anyone.

I never had a bad experience at United Bank . Service was great and when I applied for a loan they was so helpful and they did business with me on my work schedule.

Bad customer service. They want all of your money, but don't want to help you. Endless run around on the phone, as no one is able to make decisions. The "Manager" is always out. If you value your time and money, think twice before going here.

Customer service is awful!!! Long lines inside and at drive thru, miscommunications, inaccurate info, holds on check cashing even for small amounts, lots of time and paperwork, just awful experiences and was customer for many many years, every time they change the name, things get worse!! Go to First Federal of Greene County--they are so much better!!

Some of the staff can be snoody but for the most part its a nice bank.
