Had a pkg delivered today instead of driving up the driveway the carrier left it along side the road by the mailbox...when the lady delivers she always drives them to the house the guy is LAZY and at times he has stuffed things in the box so tight we could barely get them out but to leave a pkg along the road is uncalled for

I've had to call the post office for various issues maybe three or four times in the 27 years where we live at our current address, which utilizes community mailboxes. I don't understand all these bad reviews, because we've never had any problem with the people who deliver the mail, or the people we talk to on the phone. They are always professional and seem to go out of their way to correct whatever the issue is. Thanks, Uniontown Post Office :)

They charge higher rates than other local post offices. I wanted to mail a 2oz flat. A first class flat starts at $1.50 for the first oz + $0.27 for additional oz. $1.77 total. I was denied the first class option and charged $5.35 to mail it "ground advantage."
Then they tell me to go online and check the rules for myself, like I haven't been shipping for 20 years. So I did. And I'm right.

I have a great mailman, don't get me wrong, he's very nice, but I will honestly complain about the post office itself. I have never seen such a horrible inconsistency of timing on packages being delivered in my life. One day they come early in the morning, the next time later in the afternoon, and then my favorite is when they show up morning lunchtime and late afternoon. It's pathetic! I will continue to praise Lemont Furnace post office for always delivering packages when it was regular mail time at your house.Uniontown post office on Fayette street absolutely sucks for package delivery .I'm only giving the 3 stars because of the great mailman himself, or they would get one only!?????

I understand that I live in a rural area but when you leave my package I paid money for that it has valuable items totaling up to a couple hundred dollars on top of the fact that they even put asphalt down and a turnaround I would get it if my dog was out but it was delivered at 6:30 in the morning there was no reason to not leave my package right on my doorstep then they don’t even tell you at which door they left it at could be a random neighbor but don’t worry there sure to label it as requested as if you asked them to deliver it to your neighbors house there gonna end up with a bunch of people who don’t have there stuff cause there neighbors took it for themselves take peoples business seriously how can you be the United States Postal Service when you can’t even serve a podunk area like the Uniontown area

Never use your bank card to that place!! You will get rip off!!!!!! Use cash u be save!! Trust me that place is lying corrupt!!!!!!! Never give your money back if u use bank card!!!!!!
