Been a customer for two years now, great. Need to be able add an esim to device from the app more easily. If you accidentally do a reset and it deleted. Not a new on just resend the old one setting in app so I don't have to call or go their.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! THAT CAN'T BE STRESSED ENOUGH. Spent 1 hour and 45 minutes buying 3 new phones and a tablet only to be told by email 2 days later that the order was canceled. Came back to the store to figure out why,and here we sit for another hour waiting to be helped. They are rude and condescending. If anyone has any recommendations for cell phone service in Uniontown please let me know. Tbey don't care about the customer, just making a sale for their books. They weren't supposed to change my MILs number,but they did. Just a real mess and not happy.

Worst store in the history of bad stores!! Don't know if it's the management, or the whole company!! My elderly parents just purchased a new phone there. They were told that they would have to do all of the set up themselves as well as arrange their own auto pay. They've had to make several trips down for help, as they are elderly and don't understand technology, and were treated with complete disrespect! We are going to cancel vVerizon altogether because of this! It's worth the penalty!! Don't waste your time going here! This place needs shut down or remanaged!!! Just horrible!! Shame on all of you millennial snots there!!

The review is a zero. I am just getting started. After hours and hours on the phone to correct an issue with billing for my ELDERLY PARENTS, my father visited the store in person. Huge mistake. The young, well, boy, not only refused to help mitigate my 76 year old father's issue, but told him to ...and I quote, STAND UP. Little Boy did not understand, my father as a Veteran and retired, has a hard time standing and hearing. Little boy then called the police. I am still processing how something so trivial, turned into confrontation. I warned my parents about Verizon and the SCAMS THEY RUN ON THE ELDERLY OR YOUNGER CUSTOMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM VERIZON. IN PARTICULAR....UNIONTOWN PA. I DO NOT NEED A ROBOT RESPONSE. As a daughter, and lawyer, I feel the need to make little boy an example. I hope this is recorded and utilized for further training as your auto messages indicate. I look forward to suing little boy in Uniontown for FRAUD, INTENTIONAL INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT, BREACH OF CONTRACT....ETC....BEWARE....CONSUMERS IN THE SOUTH WESTERN PA, NORTHERN WV AREA...DO NOT PATRONIZE VERIZON.
