I’d give Dale and his team 10 stars if I could. I was in a tough spot and he went the extra yard to locate hard to find parts for my 2012 Range Rover, at a huge discount, and get me back on the road very quickly. Super friendly, professional and fast. They even washed and cleaned my car!!
If you need body work done, you gotta call Dale at Badell’s!

Great work and customer service. Dale and his staff did a great job fixing a scratch on my driver side door as well as a mirror, couldn’t tell where anything happened. Kept me updated throughout the process and dealt with good people. Definitely recommend

When I pulled in saw my buick and was in awe. The car looked newer then when I bought it. They were good with keeping me updated. For the damage that was done on my car I'm surprised of how fast they took care of fixing it. The people were friendly. Really satisfied!!! Thank you badell.?

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Exceptional service, top-notch work, and, above all, outstanding people! If you find yourself needing repairs after an accident, I highly encourage you to pay them a visit. I say this because I had my car assessed at several other places and received exorbitantly high estimates. However, when I took it to Badell's, not only did they provide a reasonable estimate, but they also completed the repairs promptly and even offered to pick me up from my house. Such exceptional service is truly rare. I cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend Badell's Collision!

5 Stars! My experience at Badell's was excellent. Their service from the moment I walked in the front door, until I picked up my vehicle, was 100%. My car was done in 3-days. At any other repair shop it would have been 2+ weeks. Each day I received email updates w/ the status of the repairs. They went beyond my expectations and used authentic brand-manufacturer parts and not generic parts as quoted by my insurance company. When I arrived to pick up my car it was sparklingly clean, inside and out. The Badell's Malvern/Frazer team even cleaned the inside of my windshield and washed my floor mats. Customer Service at it's very best. Thank you Badell's!!

The service and communication was great. Even when there were delays due to part being on back order, I was informed. My car was not only fixed perfectly, it was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up.

After an accident my car needed basically the entire front (bumper, good, grille etc) replaced, along with a paint job. Badell’s has amazing customer service, updating me every step of the way. The fix took less than ten days, which I was very grateful for! Super quick service, and my car looks better than ever. Special shout out to Rick for the repairs! Will always come back to Badell’s as well as recommend to others.

Absolutely amazing service! My car got done sooner than expected and when it was in the shop they sent me updates every time it move to a different area , or even to let me know what they were doing !
