Great service! They were very competitive on rates and combined with additional features Allstate was an easy decision. Monica and her office was easy to deal with. I was able to discuss other bids and have Monica explain what the differences were in a straightforward way, not denigrating the competition just being clear about differences.

Our experience with Monica and Deb. Were absolutely amazing Deb took her time and helped us take the old truck off and added the new. She went over all of our coverage and prices with coverage we needed to add and didn’t already have. Highly recommend this office. Goes above and beyond to help!

I was in a car accident while i was with allstate insurance company. I was driving for lyft the night of my accident. After suffering a concussion during the accident, I couldn’t remember if I logged out of lyft or not when the accident occurred. After sharing that information with the allstate agent (that called me about the accident) she hung up on me and rejected all of my claims. After months of harassment from the bank about my car. the bank was the one to find out that i in fact did log out of the lyft system before my accident. They eventually took care of everything but not before experiencing horrible customer service and i will never use allstate insurance again

Before Monica was with Allstate, Monica sold me my first home. Besides worrying about making the sale Monica showed me many homes. Very thorough and patient with us while we chose our home. Amazing care and concern for our needs and wants.We had a child and we looked to find Monica to help us find a new home. Unknowing to our family Monica had moved on to Allstate. Happy to see us again she called her friend. Told him to help us like it was herself. The agent that help us found a house. Helped us like he has known us since childhood.Once settled in Monica like before got right to work. Years later Stormy weather pumbled our home. Herself and her staff worked diligently to help us with our needs. If only the world could see her thoughtfulness and concerning needs of her customers. One day she could be CEO of Allstate, A kind message to Allstate corporate we need more agents Like Monica Perkins that is not just there for a paycheck. You can tell in her voice and expressions that she has your attention and with sincerity.

Had renters insurance for 6 years. Emailed to see what I had to do to cancel or transfer since I’m moving. Never got a response. Called in to what I thought was Monica Perkins office and had to deal with an automated dialing system that transferred me to a call center then transferred me to her office. If I have to jump through hoops to talk to someone might as well set my policy up through the call center and skip the little agency’s. Why have an agency if you can’t get personalized service. Due to the lack in customer service and Monica thinking it was ok to call me honey and speak over me I decided to cancel my service and go elsewhere. Prices are the same or better if you do your research. The only thing this agency was good for was calling and harassing me to add on other services to my policy until I told them to stop harassing me, I know the products they offer and if I wanted to add something on I would. After informing Monica I wanted to cancel my policy I received a bill for December. Called in again to inquire about it because I was confused why I received a December bill and whoever I spoke with was no help either. She wanted to sell me products and services until I told her I didn’t want anything to do with Allstate anymore. Asked to speak to Monica since she was the person I originally spoke to and didn’t want to repeat myself and was told she wasn’t available. Supposedly they’re system is not sophisticated enough to enter a future cancellation. If you must do business with Allstate you might as well just call their customer call center, you might even get better service. I recommend looking into other companies.
