Manny was fast to respond and completed our small window install same day. It was a complicated project because we had to keep the area safe for our dog clients. He had fair pricing and was extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely use again for future projects.

Manny did a horrible job on my windows. First it took him almost 4-5 months to even install the windows once I've made the deposit. There was always an excuse on why he couldn't come to do the job. He left a new hire alone at my house who had never installed a window in his life to finish the job. Took Manny about 2 weeks to install 5 windows in my house. Shortly after the windows were finished, we started having problems. We would get water inside thru the windows every time it rained. The windows were not installed properly. Its been about 2 years and we are still having problems. We still continue to have water coming thru the windows or even ants are crawling in thru the windows. Manny was paid in full and yet he does not stand behind his product or his labor. He tells you he will be there to fix the issue and then never show up nor answer any calls. I would highly recommend if your thinking of going with this company, think again and go with someone else. The headaches I've had to deal with are not worth it. Manny couldn't properly install 5 windows, imagine what damage he'll cause at a bigger job. There's more better reputable companies out there who stand behind their products and labor. Learn from my mistake, Manny and his company isn't reliable. Check out the images of the water damage Manny and his company caused by their poor workmanship. Would NOT RECOMMEND this company ever!!!
Response to Emanuel: -- Manny, as per your reply, I do not like to write negative reviews, but this one I will not shy away from now. You did 1 job for me, I had you quote other jobs, but when this job went horrible with problem after problem, why would I give you more work when clearly you couldn't do 1 job properly for me. Over the 2 years, you were contacted multiple times, for problems, you were a no call no show at some, I even have text messages with you over the 2 years which show every problem we ran into. New windows should last 20+ years, not 2. It was your wording that you will be there to fix the issue and we had set a time. I called and messaged yesterday and you made it very clear by not responding and not showing up that you do not stand behind your work. Again, I will recommend everyone NOT USE THIS COMPANY and find another reputable company to work with.

Manny did a fantastic job with our glass replacement. Quality work, good price, cleaned up the job site. He was very prompt with his estimate. Friendly & responsive to any questions.

Hard working reliable and the best price I found by far !! my shower looks amazing it was just a shower curtain before, he recommended that we use frosted glass for more privacy and I am very happy with the outcome of that !! Highly recommend !!

Quite unreliable and un-professional. Doesn't keep his word, doesn't keep appointments, gives excuses for delays, and becomes aggressive when held accountable for his commitments. Will not use or recommend his services.
On Apr 23, Manny gave me an estimate to replace broken glass patio door. He told me that the door will be installed no later than 2 weeks from deposit (on/before May 10th). I asked him about how long does it take for door delivery. He said 1 week, max 10 days. I gave another week as a cushion and agreed to his no later than 2 weeks installation timeframe. 50% deposit was paid on Apr 24.
Checked in with him on Apr 30 to see if order is on track. He said he will update me by evening. Two follow-ups, but no reply till May 2nd when he said door will be delivered next week and looking at May 9/10 as install date. I told him that I need to coordinate other projects, so need a confirmed date/time. No response till May 8th, when he said glass will be delivered following week and ready to install right after! No reason was given for the delay.
May 13, he said glass will be delivered next day and he will call to schedule installation date. Didn't hear back from him next day, so followed up every day (texts and calls). No response till May 20th, when he said he will come for install on May 21st between 12-1. I agreed with the date and told him I will be home.
May 21, he didn't show up will 1 pm, so I called him. No response. Called and texted few more times. Tried reaching him next day as well to see if he wanted to complete the project or not. On May 22 I left him a voicemail and text asking for refund of the deposit. Finally, having had no response from him, in the evening I filed a dispute with my bank for refunding the 50% deposit.
Sure enough, later in the night he responds apologizing for the non-response and delay. Apparently he slipped from a ladder earlier in the day on May 21st and didn't have his phone for 2 days. He said there is no serious injury and he wants to finish the project. I gave him another chance and fixed the next available date he gave me - May 27th as installation date. I reminded him to ensure he shows up as I was going to change my schedule for this service.
Unfortunately, he was a no show on May 27th either saying he is dealing with resolving the dispute I filed with the bank. I told him the dispute will be resolved once he delivers the service. At that point he became more evasive, argumentative and aggressive. I had to cut off the conversation due to his unprofessional conduct, in spite of being patient and giving him multiple chances to course-correct.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! We had a crack in a window the day before easter (and saturday!). We called and went to two other local companies which could not help. One call to him and he had the sash fixed the same day for less than we expected for a double pane window.

I called Manny at “REAL PANE IN MY GLASS” to repair the office door of my tax business in Woodlyn. The entire experience was seamless and professional and I am so happy with the results. Manny immediately suggested a solution and fixed the door the same day. The repairs were executed with precision, and the final outcome surpassed my expectations. No need to look anywhere else, I highly recommend Manny! I give 5 stars to Manny!!

This is first time I used this company. From initial phone call to job complete was smooth, professional and reasonably priced. Manny returned phone calls, arrived as promised and job was cleaned up after completion. Looks great now.

He went above and beyond. Repaired a double pane window for us. Whole process was hassle free and went smooth. Definitely would recommend and will use in the future. Need an exterior patio door installed in the future and will be calling here when it's time. Thanks for being true to your word and making this experience pleasant.

Manny came out the day after we called and promised a window repair within two weeks. Two months later, no window replacement and every excuse in the book as to why.
The two times he did pick up his phone, promised to call back in 20 minutes and I never heard from him again.

After having several contractors out to survey my window issues, Emanuel was the only one who immediately knew what the issue was and advised I did not need to replace my windows as the others had quoted me. Instead he advised what was needed for the repairs at a fraction of the cost for new windows. Very polite and professional. I was very happy with the work and service.

I have never met someone so unprofessional. We trusted him with $3000 to install some glass doors, it took him a month to show up but he never actually installed anything. He wanted us to pay the full amount violating his own contract. He didn’t even have the glass to install a month later. He has been reported to the BBB. Please be aware of this guy, he will take your money and give you the runaround until you don’t want to deal with him anymore.

SCAM. STAY AWAY. Unprofessional. Manny doesn’t even know how to take measurements. He thinks shower doors get installed on studs!! I was supposed to get the glass in “one week”, he took my money and disappeared after that. The name of company is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Never again!!!
