Told them needed inspection , tires and maybe brakes
Son was saying they squeaked
And needed some clips to fix the plastic piece under car
Told me brakes were good for another 7500 miles and didn’t charge for the clips

“1st time visit, Brad and his team took care of my car ( oil change and inspection ) and did it quickly. I had scheduled my appointment solely based on the reviews I read on Google and everything I read is right on point, granted I did not need any extensive repairs but when you do the small stuff great, you do the more complicated just as easy. “Right on the corner of my street and regretfully I have never been here until today for an emergency flat tire and instead of trying to overcharge me and tell me I needed a new tire they fixed my tire and every one of them were good people. I felt it as soon as I walked in. They were graciously taking care of every customer and holding the door for an elderly woman with a walker. My daughter hit a curb and needed a good pair of tires to get her through the next two years when she will replace all four. The team at Cruz had a very nice used pair and had them ready when she arrives. Didn't try to upsell her and treated her professionally. Out the door in less than 45 minutes. “As a newer driver who is still easily overwhelmed by driving, finding I had a flat tire last week was very overwhelmingly stressful. At the recommendation of my brother and parents (who have used them for many years) I called up Havertown Auto Services and they were able to see me right away that afternoon, take my bad tire, and put the new one on for me early the next morning! Their efficiency of quality service, and kindness through it all really makes a difference. I just got my other 3 tires replaced yesterday, and that too was done in a matter of a few short hours. I was back driving the same day and my car runs smoother than ever. I hope I don’t have any more problems soon, but if I do I will definitely be back because I know they’ll take care of me!”

“This review is long overdue. Last summer my family and I were driving from NJ to NC when we blew a tire. Another mechanic we made it to pointed us to Rick's. Even though he was short staffed and had a full schedule, he put a couple of plugs in the tire, filled it up and pointed us to the nearest Mavis. He even called ahead to make sure they had tires . I would recommend anyone in the area in need of a repair to there.”

I took my BMW x3 in for an inspection and oil change. Kevin was very genuine and knowledgeable. Didn’t rush my questions and made sure I understood everything. He texted me a link to download my complete detailed bill BEFORE any work was completed. He was transparent about what was required to pass inspection vs recommended. There was only ONE service recommended. Attention to details is important to me. My car was returned with all notifications cleared and my lights back on auto. Everyone forgets that.”

“The battery in our car was not working. I called Campanella’s Auto in Wilmington, DE, and it wasn't long before we were called that they were on their way with a portable charger. After a few minutes, he started the car, and everything seemed to be running fine. I don't remember the gentleman’s name, but he fixed the problem and explained everything to me.
