Richard showed up on time for our generator service. He gave me a detailed description of the service that was performed and diagnosed an issue that could have turned into a bigger problem. He ordered the necessary part and will perform the necessary repairs when the part is delivered.

All Phase Electric, also known as Ace Hardware Home Services, sets the platinum standard for service and know-how. Real professionals. They came out right away after I called and assessed our needs for a whole-home generator. As they are authorized dealers for several brands, they gave advice on several different units rather than just push the one they have the best deal with. They helped with sizing so we didn't get more than we needed. Great communication, always on time, work very clean, and when the inevitable issues pop up, they know how to deal with them and get the job done. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

The residents of my high end condo community wanted to be able to install EV chargers in their personal parking spaces in our under-building garages and John Phillips was extremely instrumental in making this a reality. This project has taken at least 2 years as it has been an incredible investment of time by multiple individuals in order to understand the process and find the professionals to assist us.
We are finally coming to the end of the project as EV charging at our community is almost a reality. John and his company have been installing the equipment and have made the necessary changes to our electrical infrastructure in order to accommodate the EV chargers for our residents. Our EV Committee feels that we could not have accomplished this without John Phillips and All Phase Electric.

I couldn’t be more thrilled with the service provided by All Phase Electric for the installation of my new Tesla EV charger in my garage. I initially found them on the Tesla website as a certified installer, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I contacted them, the process was seamless— they were onsite the very next day to assess the job and provide an immediate, competitive quote. Scheduling the installation was a breeze, and to my surprise, it was done in less than a week!
Given that I have a whole-home Generac generator, the installation required the addition of a load-shed device, but the team handled it with absolute professionalism. The installers were highly skilled, completing the job in just 3 hours. As an engineer, I have high standards, especially when it comes to wiring and overall workmanship, and All Phase Electric exceeded every one of them. Their attention to detail and the neat, professional appearance of the wiring really stood out.
All in all, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, and I will definitely be using All Phase Electric for all my future electrical needs. Highly recommend!

All Phase to move an electrical outlet to prepare for a new refrigerator. They came in time and finished within my expectations for the job to be completed. They approached the challenge to move the outlet in a professional manner; minimizing a cut in the drywall to facilitate the new wiring. They provided a great patch to the hole; and completed and tested the new outlet. Finally they cleaned up after completing the job. I would use them again for electrical work.
