Horrible! AT&T wants to sell products and insurances for phones that have warranties. My new phone was inoperable. Brought it in to prove this. After proof, I was forearded to Samsung. With all of that, I could not get a phone replacement without having to go without a phone for 5 days, if Samsung's techs cannot repair. Ripoff!!!!!!

I had the best experience at this AT&T. Tiff was the young lady that helped me she was super welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient my experience was super fast and efficient I even met with her manager who was also a pleasure I highly recommend coming here and having Tiff take care of you.

Staff were very attentive when customers came in, which helped with services being rendered. The guy who helped me, went above and beyond to help me with my issue and I appreciate that. The reason for the 4 stars is because of AT&T and their policies (definitely need to be updated)… The store was clean & organized, just a bit humid.

My visit at AT&T and the help I received was excellent everyone was respectful, helpful, courteous, and amazing. I recommend if you have or looking for phone services AT&T is the way to go. They are very reliable and knowledgeable on all things.
