I go to place for auto parts. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Never got a mistake on the part. Never had to bring it back because it was the wrong part wrong size. They always get it right

I went on the recommendation of a friend to buy a battery for Toyota Corolla 2021... The initial service was not good at all... The seller first said that he did not have the battery in stock and that I should go to another store... for references I They had said that they would install it, but that was not the case...when we went to install it personally, it turned out that the purchased battery was larger and did not fit in its place despite knowing which vehicle it was, thank goodness we made the change in his parking lot... There the odyssey began... For the first seller (0 points), then the manager recognized the mistake and tried to solve the problem... I was only left with the doubt about the price of the blessed battery... How did the price become $244 from $199.99? If the so-called installation kit cost $3.49, we installed it and there would be a refund of $18 for delivering the bad battery... The manager served us better trying to resolve the problem but we were not satisfied, the damage was already done...
I don't want to think that the first seller treated us strangely for not speaking English well...
At least we were able to solve the problem Friday 6 pm...

Stores say it’s closed at 10 but they apparently close at 9. Pls update your time on the apps because it’s very much an inconvenience driving there before store closing hours and someone in the parking lot telling you it’s closed at 9:15 when the time for closing says 10:00pm

It had started to drizzle and when I turned on my windshield wipers and discovered one was broken, I called the Lexus dealer. I was told I couldn’t be seen for another week. I called Pep Boys and Advance Auto Parts. Pep Boys had no stock. Advance Auto Parts had me on hold for ten minutes. I went to Auto Zone and Cameron found a replacement, rang up the sale and installed the wiper in under ten minutes. He was efficient and courteous.

This place never has what they say they have online. Inventory is not updated, although they are ready to send you to another location to pick up an item that states they had it at the location you're at, it's not a convenience to shop there at all.
