Bank opens late and the two atms are never working. Bank charges for withdrawal from other machines like wawa but theirs is never working. Very frustrating.

Can't blame the branch for being under staff but its really frustrating, when you call and there's no human CS to answer your request you have to travel to the branch and wait hours for a the same request!

They move like turtles, charge fees other BOAs don’t charge, and she claimed she couldn’t cash my checks but couldn’t tell me a reason why.

There is a long line of clients and one teller servicing the line. The other teller is behind the counter counting cash. How is this customer service acceptable? When I was a teller, the line came first and the other business was handled after the line was taken cared of. Absolutely horrible.

1 desk worker and 1 teller were very rude unprofessional and abrupt if they are gonna have positions that require them to deal with the public they should try being a little bite more hospitable , and patient

Another confirm for all the low ratings are correct. BofA needs to improve customer service in this location as someone is creating rules here to slack behind. Came in to open a new account but was told that an appointment is needed for that when there is only a few people there. I came in at 2pm, literally they should have more than enough time unless they wanna go home at 3pm like wth? then the appointment is told to be tomorrow...? That basically mean "we dont welcome you today, come back tomorrow". Sorry BofA, you lost another customer today.

Horrible! Visited twice to open a new account the 1st time the lady needed some documents but when I returned the following week I was told I needed an appointment when there was literally no customers, only a couple of employees. I went to a different bank and got my checking account in less than 15 minutes. All the previous reviews are very accurate by stating how bad this location is being ran.
