Christian Z. was very helpful, attentive and friendly. Even after finding out they no longer had the files he wanted to make sure he did all he could before I left. The 3 star rating is because the first time I went in there for assistance the person I got did not share his friendly disposition. Thank you Christian for your help today.

Horrible service and management and staff I asked 3 workers if they could pass me an envelope and they all had an issue giving me one then they all said we have to ask our manager. I was legit looking at the envelopes on the counter and they acted like talking 5 steps would hurt them just to pass me an envelope when I legit withdrew money from they atm

The branch manger at this location needs to be retrained. I was here about two weeks ago and I watched the manger Serena pull the banker that was about to assist me to the side to scold him about touching my phone. He was trying to help me download the digital wallet. The banker seemed unbothered like it happens all the time. How can a manger be upset that a employee was doing his job and telling me about the digital services. Everyone in the branch from the ppl In lobby from the teller with the glasses were very helpful and professional. The branch managers actions put a nasty taste in my mouth about chase.

The staff at this branch seems to need better training. In fact, both this branch AND the Haverford Branch, need to retrain their tellers. Or better yet, Chase needs to hire tellers who are trained in hospitality and HAVING A MORE PLEASANT ATTITUDE TOWARDS ALL CUSTOMERS REGARDLESS OF OUTWARD APPEARANCE.I've banked with Chase both for personal and business, but the quality of service seems to have dropped over the past 5 years or so. Dunno if it's lack of training, or the generalized anxiety and stress that comes with a nation deeply divided. I just know that Chase in-person service used to be better.

My Chase Business account (credit card only) was locked out for no reason. I called in to the number it displayed on the website multiple times and got rerouted to multiple reps and no help. All of them said they can't pull my account information due to no personal info attached to my business online account... I was able to log in and make payments previously.I was told multiple times to go to a local branch who can verify my identity so that the reps on the phone can bypass the system and unlock my account.First time I scheduled an appointment with Serena and she was very patient with the phone call. We sat there for like 30 mins and finally someone picked up, but the person over the phone said the system is updating and I need to call back in 2 hrs (previous reps I called said the same thing). I didn't sit there and wait. I thanked Serena for her time and she handled it professionally and apologized for the inconvenience Chase caused.I went home and wait another day and called in to the number displayed on the website, and again I was told to go to local branch. I set up an appointment for the following day and Hermit helped me this time.No ones likes to call support over the phone and keep on getting rerouted to another rep and explain everything again. Hermit was very patient and told the reps over the phone straight to the point on what's happening to my online account, and on the 4th rep (after getting rerouted multiple times), they were able to unlock my account by linking my personal credit card accounts to my business account. (note: I have done that already... still not sure why my account was locked in the first place.)I want to take time to Thank Serena and Hermit for helping me getting this unlocked. Much appreciated!

The branch manager is so unprofessional it is so hard to cash a check that my customers gave to me I have no problem with Wells Fargo Bank of America or TD Bank but soon I come to Chase I have a problem only when the branch manager is there the young man that was in charge that day I had no problem with him they need a new branch manager a people person

Ade did a fantastic job helping me with my transaction! The location is very clean and modern looking. Parking seems to be a bit difficult, but other than that it’s a great spot.
