They need new staff there a specific lady she’s very rude . One thing I can say if I have another bad experience with a customer service worker I will be very upset . Maybe your management should just hire people who want to see your business grow not this specific Jamaican lady that have bad attitude and driving customers away. If she wants to bring the company down then she should continue. I’ve been going to that store longer than she’s been working there. If you don’t like your job find something that you like !

worst hair store. they don’t answer the phone, the workers always have the worst attitudes, and lax with assistance and know nothing about the product they sell. they don’t keep up with the wigs in the back at all, and despite this being a pretty large store, their selection is ridiculous.

I have went into the hair store a couple days ago, to get some hair and some other stuff so it was one thing that I had forgot to pick up and I said my daughter in there to grab me the press on nails my daughter had took it off the thing, but it didn’t have a alarm thing on it so the fat lady in near brown skin with blonde braids, snatched it out her hand and start being very disrespectful and they did nothing about it. that would be my last time and that store now I see what everyone is talking about.

If it's close to closing time, DO NOT GO THERE. the workers aren't dependable and will close the store when they feel like they're done serving customers. arrived at 5:50 on a 6pm close day and myself and a group of other customers at the front door were absolutely ignored when we knocked and noted the time. I went because it was conveniently on my way home but I feel confident sticking to 'ICON Beauty Supply' in Clifton Heights. ICON is huge and the workers are cool.

The customer service here is nice and if this hair store doesn't have everything you need, you probably won't find it in Delaware County. This store is like that,....very well stocked, organized and clean.
