Not a review of the entire pharmacy. This is a review only of the vaccine area.We came here, not our regular CVS, because they had the Pfizer Covid booster. This is the worst nurse ever. There's a line 10 people deep and she's chit-chatting instead of administering vaccines.I've been on line for over an hour while I type this and still haven't gotten my shot.Good luck to all that might come here

Dispicable Representation of corp GREED!! This is the only CVS remotely close to our home to get a prescription after 9pm.. It was necessary couldn't wait ...Arrived to find a line of 10 people which wouldn't be terrible... until it was brought to our attention by an angry customer that there is only 1 employee!!! WELL .... there was the pharmacist/cashier & who knows what else he is forced to do ... Namdi .. this poor guy had to wait on the customer than scramble to put the prescriptions together than ring up!! This man was a champion... smiling working hard & surely not get paid enough for working like a dog !! A multi billion dollar company can't get my staff ??? Boy are lucky he sticks around !!!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! this absolute train wreck of a pharmacy should be shut down ! this pharmacy has zero communication between staff and are so incompetent that caused me to miss my very important medication for 2 days until I finally got my meds sent else where ! they are rude and have no empathy at all !

EXTREMELY RUDE technicians! Not an ounce of patience to hear you out! The pharmacist doesn't come to the phone and the techs have no clue about anything! Totally disappointed with this location! :(

CVS at 802 Lansdowne in Drexelhill the pharmacy department is the absolute worse. Please go elsewhere.
I am always having a problem getting my sons prescription refilled. They have even shorted him on pills. Recently a refill for AD medication was sent from CHOP to CVS for my son. I am always told by his doc to put the refill in 2-3 days before he runs out. Which I have done and there still seems to always be a problem with CVS In Drexelhill getting this prescription filled on time. This particular incident started with me calling in the prescription on 11/12 via his doc who in turn sends it over to the CVS. I can always see online when this gets done via access to myCHOP. It usually takes 48 hours so when I called on 11/14 I was baffled when told “ there is nothing on file”. I confirmed with the doc office that it had been sent. When my husband contacted CVS that evening the system informed him it was being worked in and would be ready the next day. The next evening after not receiving any text alerts my went to the CVS and stood in line for 30 minutes only to be told “ we can not fill this. It is back ordered and we will not know when we will get it therefore you will have to contact your doctor to get it filled elsewhere” my son is totally out of medication at this point. I understand that there is some sort of shortage but to not communicate to a customer who has a continual prescriptions with your location is terrible customer service. Me and my husband are signed up to receive text alerts which receive concerning other medications si why not this one? Especially if you are out if it!!! that was the least they could do. we could have gotten the prescription taken care of elsewhere instead having the system telling us it was being worked on.

This pharmacy gives me a stroke. I don't have a problem with CVS, the company is great. I have a problem with this location. The techs in the pharmacy are incredibly unprofessional and have absolutely no shred of respect for anyone. Some techs are fine but Le*ndra is the single most unprofessional and rude associate this company could have possible hired. Hope they address this issue soon

This has to be the worst CVS I've ever been to. I can't imagine filling my prescriptions here. They don't care about people at all. Don't waste your time. And if you need to call the pharmacy for something be prepared for a 20-45 minute wait. This is normal for them.

If you can get yours meds someplace else... do so... not one person each time I've been, has appeared to be happy to be there working or lack there of, playing busy... outside of the actual pharmacist, smiles. Any they are always out of Claritin D, 24 hours, 15 count. Why sell 10 count and you gotta wait 15 days to purchase again, when you truly suffer from allergies and not purchasing pills to make meth...

My RX is out of stock/ not on back order we are waiting for delivery. I called the CVS in Drexel Hill to ask if they could fill it they, "said since it's ordered by CVS @ 7520 City Avenue they can't fill it so now I have to wait. Mind you this medication is on auto fill. I did that to avoid having to wait for my heart medications. WTF

I have to say that the people up front usually try to work hard to please people not making a stand in line much I think the store is huge and they have just about everything you could want, but I must say that getting prescriptions here are the biggest nightmare in the universe I've never seen so many people working behind the counter and it moving so slow. I think CVS needs to update the way that they fill prescriptions maybe they need to start putting in those machines where all they do is keep it stocked and they actually did a drop down the prescription in little packets that you then take up front and pay for? I think the pharmacist aren't as nice as they could be and I know that they always seem to have a line they're waiting for prescriptions somebody do something and set us free who wants to spend their life standing in line for a prescription especially if you get more than one a month?

It's been three months since the senior I caretook went to a nursing home. Contacted CVS to cancel notifications fir that senior. I still get texts from CVS. Been long enough time to delete my contact. Only signed up to get messages of her prescriptions to get. Now that its 3 months, I do not want anymore CVS messages. I know it takes alittle time, about a week. I get my prescriptions from Riteaid.

Hello! This is my favorite CVS location because of convenience and distance. I love the self serve checkout lines. The only thing that I do not like about the self serve checkout lines is if they say bills only or no cash, only credit/debit. Today was the first time that I had an issue with the self serve and I have been coming here for years. I scanned my extracard and then I scanned my first item. No problem. I tried to scan my second item and it wouldn't scan. The scanner was like frozen in place. I tried several times, but to no avail. There were about two other customers in the other self serve lines, so I decided to hop over to the associate who was helping someone else. I hopped over to her line and waited patiently. When it was my turn to be waited on, don't you know I forgot my wallet, silly me, I apologized to the associate and I flew outside to retrieve my wallet. When I arrived back inside, there was another customer in line with the associate. She had an issue. So I patiently waited again. This time, Neha rang up my purchases again. She was so nice and attentive and patient. She smiled the entire time. I apologized again to her for not having my wallet and inconveniencing her. She smiled and nodded. I also wanted to do another transaction with my Serve card. I added money to it and she assisted me with that, with no issues or problems. I was very happy and satisfied when I left CVS. Good night all!!!!
