I’ve been a regular customer at this CVS for many years, and I’m disappointed to say that the service at this location has significantly declined. Over the past few visits, I’ve consistently had negative experiences, and it’s clear that the staff is disengaged and unmotivated.
During my most recent visit, the store was poorly stocked, and items were left scattered and disorganized. To make matters worse, there was visible trash and yellow price labels on the floor that hadn’t been cleaned up.
The staff seemed lethargic and unfriendly. Despite the long line at the register, there was only one cashier available, and the same issue occurred in the pharmacy. Speaking of the pharmacy, the service there was just as subpar. On several occasions, my prescriptions were filled incorrectly, requiring me to return the next day and wait a long time for corrections.
One particular staff member, a heavyset young man at the checkout, seemed uninterested and unfamiliar with his responsibilities. This resulted in prescription errors. Additionally, the male pharmacist was unprofessional and rude, interrupting me while I was speaking and displaying clear frustration as though my questions were an inconvenience. Where has customer service gone?
Given the ongoing issues and lack of care for customers, I’ve made the decision to switch pharmacies. I'd rather go to the Giant on Township Line that has top notch customer service. This location no longer meets my expectations, and I can’t trust them with my needs anymore.

Useless. Why pretend to be 24 hours when you don’t fill prescriptions overnight? The store is terrible and the pharmacy is even worse.

Esther is fantastic. She helped me find new ways to use my CVS app I started out with a ninety five dollar purchase and ended only ended up only spending fifty five dollars. Just wanna say Esther, you did a great job and I am looking forward to seeing you again.

On May 18, 2024, around 6 PM, I went to pick up my mom's medicine. The pharmacist was either unable or unwilling to process the insurance and declared it invalid. Later I collected same medication from Capsule Pharmacy using the same insurance, which she denied. She treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. It was really unfortunate.

Always have a great experience at this CVS. The (overworked) pharmacy team are always working hard but take time to answer questions in a professional and friendly manner. The regular store team are easy to talk with and take time to help - overall a 5 star experience in a world where that is a rarity.

I love that this location has parking. Normally the shelves are stocked, the price stickers are accurate for the item. Lastly the CVS reward card and app is very handy. At the check out through the app you can use your phone to add coupons to your purchases. With the app you can fill refills, setup immunizations appointments and so much more. Thanks CVS?

I adore my local CVS, at times it being open 24 hours is extremely convenient. This time it was perfect place to pop in for a quick Mother's Day Card.

Very poor service unorganized..also the notices that are sent telling the customer that the prescription is ready that system need to be revamped. Very much wasn't satisfied about the services
