Worst CVS in Delaware County! Store stock is low to non-existent and pharmacy wait time is unacceptable! They have two drive up lines but only ever have one open and even that rarely happens!

I have had CVS Carepass deliver my prescriptions for several years from this location. Since the start of 2024, the CVS app stopped giving me the option to have my prescriptions delivered. I have to call CVS each time to beg to get my prescriptions delivered. The first three times they finally agreed to deliver, and each time I got a unique reason why the delivery option was not appearing. First I heard that some insurance companies won't allow some prescriptions to be delivered (none of these are narcotics and they were delivered before), then I heard that they don't have a credit card on file (I have two credit cards on file), then I was told I have to download the app, and now I am being told I have to call the corporate office because the CVS store does not control the app. I have a disability and need the prescriptions delivered. I pay for Carepass and their advertising is deceptive. My next steps are to report them to the appropriate state and federal agencies for fraud

that CVS is the worse I've ever been to i payed for an item wanted to return it because it was the wrong item I needed I had the receipt and they started having an attitude and saying we have a new no return policy they started having a smart mouth so screw them never go to this place

zero stars. as a provider i can not even reach the pharmacy!!!!!! heard staff gabbing in the backround and not answering the phone. call storem manager and he transferred me on hold!!

The overnight staff was rude and unwilling to hell! Called all day only to be sent to voicemail, my doctor left messages 3 of them (showed them proof of the calls) they still laughed and ignored my request for the to check the medical line. The clerk at the front became loud and rude when the self check out machine froze during my transaction I asked for a manager after he began to hollering at me. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I already begun to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens

This CVS is a pit. I can't believe that it is in such poor Condition. There is no organization when it comes to the vaccines. The store is dirty. I will never set foot in that store again.

What an absolute joke! Go in for a scheduled vaccination/booster shots. Takes 45 minutes to be seen. Then have this frumpy angry individual administering the vaccinations yelling at my daughter to go in a corner and yelling at me how she's been nothing but a distraction. My daughter didn't even do anything to this person. Other than be a 2-year-old who wanted to be close to her father.

They don't answer their phone, the line at the pharmacy takes forever, they frequently screw up prescriptions, and the staff don't know what they're talking about. The only positive of this store is that they're open 24 hours.

Good luck getting through to this pharmacy. I work at a doctors office and wasn’t able to check on a patient’s medication due to purposely being rerouted to their voicemail. I don’t recommend anyone do business here.

Called pharmacy and front desk. No one ever answered. The phone rang for 45mins on each line and not one pick up. To be 24hrs and can't get through is ridiculous.

They are constantly out of stock or have very limited selection of pretty common healthcare items like nasal spray. The store is dirty, drive through typically closed regardless of time of day. Why isn’t CVS as a company fixing a vital part of a very busy community.

The pharmacy seems to have improved a bit. A year ago, there was a male pharmacist who worked the later hours, and he would often question my refill pickup times (non-narcotic), even outright refusing a refill despite insurance covering it. It was only 4 days prior to the 30-day mark.To my knowledge, he's gone now. The only other complaint would be the inability to reach the pharmacy via phone. Be prepared to wait a minimum of 10 minutes, no matter the hour.
