I love everything about my apartment, the management is amazing if I had any lil minor problem they fixed it right away the leasing agent she’s outstanding, kind and respectful I that she cares and helps it has a laundry room ! , neighborhood very quiet!! All and all my experience was 100/1000

I’ve been living here for a couple years and I love it . The area is quiet and I love my apartment. Emiah is amazing. She is helpful, nice and made living here so easy. Emiah responds fast to all requests and concerns.

Charming apartment complex located close to public transportation. Garage parking and laundry on the premises. Updated kitchens, hardwood floors with many windows. We are close to 69th Street Shopping and restaurants for nightlife and leisure. Your rent includes the cost of water, heat, gas cooking, trash removal, and sewage service. You pay electric only! We have 24 hour emergency maintenance. Please come tour an apartment and see exactly what we have to offer. To apply: $35 dollar money order for your application. We check CREDIT, RENTAL, and CRIMINAL background in order to determine eligibility and your deposit fee. (plus 30 dollars for each additional applicant)
