Excellent service & experience with Charlie. He is a nice friendly guy. I had ordered the rainbow & butterfly for pick up. It was beautiful & so fresh. I also enjoyed my free bday treat of a few chocolate covered fruits. Thank you!

I forgot to write my review , However, I went into edible arrangement last Thursday because it was my boss birthday. Charlie was so patient so kind! I none here quite often looking for last minute arrangements and he always helps me! This location is great!!!

I had great service from beginning to end. Before I placed an on-line order, I had several questions. I called about 3 times & each time Charlie & the other employees were very nice and patient with my many questions. When I finally decided to place the on-line order, the order would not go through (probably because of so many V-day orders). I kept trying so that I would get free next day delivery. The order finally went through early in the AM the next day. Now I'm getting billed for delivery. I called the store and spoke to Charlie who agreed to credit the delivery fee with no hesitation. Thanks Charlie for the great service.

Placed an order.they guaranteed delivery the next day by 12:00, then when it wasn’t delivered by 12:15, I called and they said they were a good 2 hours away, in Philly at the time. I paid $165…. To have a special bouquet delivered to a coworker AND THEY FAILED TO FULFILL THEIR PROMISE time of noon. Too bad, I tried to use local businesses.ugh

Just wow!!! My experience surpassed my expectation while ordering multiple arrangements for my staff spanning across 6 states along the Eastern seaboard. I called this store which is local to me and the Manager Charlie was absolutely incredible. He asked for a document of all of their addresses and called me back 10 minutes later with "you're all set!!" He took the time to take care of everything, was pleasant and honestly I want to offer him a job on my team! I will definitely use this store again and ask for Charlie always.

Terrible experience, from customer service professionalism to the product not even coming. Definitely ruined Mother’s Day!UPDATEI spoke with Charlie the manager and he made everything clear about the high volume on Mother’s Day. He made sure to directly come and deliver what wasn’t delivered himself as well as add balloons and another set of strawberries. At the end of the day I can tell he is passionate and serious about his job. Thank you for saving the day Charlie!

I want to give a huge shout out to Store Manager Charlie at this location. I was dealing with an unfortunate delivery issue and he was able to go above and beyond to help me with my situation. I started to lose faith in edible arrangements and wanted to never make another purchase again but Charlie gave me a wonderful customer service experience and faith to shop with edible arrangements again. Thanks to Charlie’s huge efforts, I will only be going to this Springfield location !! Thank you for your hard work and diligence!!! If you’re ever in town for edible arrangements in the Springfield location… look for Charlie !
