Called to ask how Much a tune up was and they said they don’t do them despite having a list of services that they do. Then they hung up abruptly.They probably should remove that.

Everyone in the shop was pretty rude and condescending. Wouldn't give me a price and spoke to me like I knew nothing about my own car. Give a better business your money, there's plenty of places that care more about customer service!

Quick service but that’s because they don’t do everything they’re supposed to do. Fluids were not topped off and tire pressure was never checked

They don't give oil change quotes over the phone, unlike every other shop in the area I've called. What a shame!! I'd be willing to pay a bit of a premium for an express oil change over waiting around for an hour or two at a full service mechanic, I just don't know if it will be worth the money, or if they will try to rip me off. The fact that it's a mystery implies they're gonna try and rip you off. Extra star taken away because the guy on the phone hung up on me.

Horrible! Went to get an oil change, and the guy tried to upsell me on something else, almost $150 more. I told him I didn't have it. 5 minutes later came out and told me something was preventing him from unscrewing the plug that my mechanic "probably had the correct tool for it" ? But sir why would YOU not have the tool if you guys change oil. Lied to me because I refused to get cheated by him. Horrible!

'Upper Darby Special' service is not good anymore. The wipe down inside the car wasn't detailed. There was still dust on the dash, and they used a dirty towel to wipe the hand rest. It was dirtier than before the wash.

I usually come here for my oil changes but will not be back. Someone removed my air duct trim and didn’t bother to place it back causing me auto issues. I clearly remember that when I last had my oil change here the mechanic really tried to pressure me to buy a new air filter and transmission flush which would have cost me several hundred dollars that I did not have so I declined. From now on I’m only getting my oil changed at a place where I can keep an eye on the process vs sit inside with no eye on what’s going on.
