My experience at five below was something else I wanted to buy a mini character blind bag for my daughter it was 5 dollars I decided to buy it when I went home to give it to my daughter and she opened it she showed me how little the character in the blind bag was mind you the character I bought was CalicoCritters I tried to return it but the employee said no refunds for anything that has been opened. I know that the CalicoCritters is small but five below sells it for a way to high price. Thank you.

Only five below I've ever been to where someone has to babysit you while you scan your items. But that's what happens when you bring good things to the hood. Nice place.

Was better than last time with Security being way too discriminating. Don’t know where that last security guys went and I no longer see one at the door who was horrible. Location Alright so far just closes way too early and never restock electronics on time.

Awful. Don't think I'll be returning to Five Below anymore. This location leaves open one "self-checkout" station and their employees scan your items. Not only defeats the purpose but it seems the sole purpose is to treat paying customers as criminal, incompetent, or both. Their merchandising is terrible as well. The store was very sloppily kept

I want to shout out the store manager Tanika. I most likely spell her name wrong, please forgive me and one of the female sale person at this location. I came in for a simple return the older India man was about to give me a hard time for my returns until Tanika who happen to be there already on her day off step in on the transaction to coach him how to go about doing a return properly. Thank you Tanika! And the female sale person was a great help as well.

This Five Below always has such a great selection of cute items all for a great price. They have everything from clothes, toys, accessories and snacks etc…. I’ve always had such great experiences while shopping here and will definitely continue shopping here in the future.
