the woman at the front desk was very rude! My 13 year old purchased online but I went to pick them up but since he doesn’t have a state Id yet I used his school as well as bought mine just in case. The lady was so rude her and another lady that worked there were murmuring about me right into of me this guy that worked there was nice and checked everything and was about to give me the shoes I ALREADY PURCHASED ONLINE JUST HAD TO PICK THEM UP she started saying not to give them to me that I need a real I’d where it shows his face even tho it had his name which was also in the email. I just think it was a very unprofessional way of dealing with this and think they need to be a little more professional especially since I was nothing but polite to them.

Was here yesterday... It's a bunch of immature "boys" in there making jokes about the customers instead of doing their actual job (which is assisting/helping the people that come in). We walked in there and they didn't even notice us cause they were all standing and chatting close to the entrance. None of them asked us if we needed help at any time while in there... instead we had to look for them throughout the store to get help. Zero customer service and when I heard them making fun of an African family that came in, I decided to leave the store without purchasing anything from them. Find another location where you will receive the customer service experience you deserve, not paying to be laughed at. I will call corporate and report it as well.

I’m a plumbing contractor I own a small family owned and operated plumbing company got a emergency call from this foot locker to snake the drain was completely backed up we snaked in the basement sent them a invoice and got it approved it before we did work cleaned up literally human feces found out they have a broken drain line called Nathan who called us in from corporate they never paid the invoice Nathan won’t pick up the phone for us and just straight up burned us we are a small family owned company with only 3 plumbers on staff and they just strait up burned a small mom and pop company this is are livelihood if you have anyone in your family that does construction or owns a small company imagine that was your mother or your father. Doing that work it’s wrong that takes food right out of my family’s and kids mouth if we don’t here from them tomorrow we are going to L&I and the BBB and they need the line replacement so the store will most likely back up again and smell the store up

The customer service was exemplary. From the young lady who gave us a warm welcome, the 2 young men that helped us with our selection, the associate who blessed us with a discount ?, and the pleasant cashier. Sadiq (i may have spelled his name wrong) but he was very helpful and knowledgeable. ????????
