I filed my taxes on April 15, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. at this location.
It was horrible. The tax preparer was not knowledgeable or did not have a clue about SSA 1099 filings. She had to keep getting up and asking for help. I paid $99.00 for this. Her English was horrible. I could barely understand what she was saying. This was a waste of my money, a waste of my time, a waste of my gas, and caused great pain to my ears. I left this H&R Block with a headache. She never went over my taxes, or if she did, with her accent, it was so heavy I didn't understand what she was saying.
I WILL NEVER GO TO H&R BLOCK AGAIN.
I could have had my taxes done for free; I just did not want to drive into the city.

Made an appointment, arrived on time and the office was closed. Waited 20 minutes past the appointed time and still no one.This is the second time at the s 69th st office. The first time I had to leave after waiting one hour past the set time.I will never go back to this location.
