I recently had a security system installed by them and the technicians did a fabulous job. They were very communicative, answered all of my questions, super polite, and very adjusting and accommodating on the fly as situations arose during the install process that changed what my system was originally supposed to look like. They walked me through all of it and made sure I had everything I needed- including a thorough walk-through tutorial on how to use my new system- all before they left, and even then, only doing so after being sure to leave me with their business card in case I had any other questions pop up for them in the future. This company has some really excellent people working for it and I'm looking forward to getting to know my new security system in the coming days. Great work i2. 🎉
