Extremely rude. I understand it was busy at the time but that does not excuse you from shooing people away and using an attitude. This is not someone I want to deal with my car.

John is the best!!!! He is honest, reliable, he educates you on the repairs he did on your vehicle. He DOES NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN, like other mechanics. He is a master mechanic that completes the job effectively, and efficiently!!!!

My crown fell out at this afternoon and got that my issue wasn't an emergency and that they were closing soon. It was 3pm when I arrived and they don't close till 6. Asked them about an appointment on Monday and they said they didn't have any...so why does it say in big letters on the door "EMERGENCY DENTAL NO APPOINTMENT NEEEDED" but I got turned away? Oh and the lady at the front was really rude when asked about an appointment. Wouldn't recommend at all

I am writing to correct a bad review some of you may have seen before I took it down, and for anyone that is thinking of using Aldan Family Dentist. First of all there are some very very professional yet friendly people that work there. My dentist Doctor K is the kindest, most compassionate dentist I ever met. Yes I had some issues after my next to the last visit, and yes, I expressed my frustration on this platform. However, the entire dentistry office worked hard to help me resolve my issues, and although Dr. K, is totally professional, the concern she bestowed on me to help me with this pain is unheard of in this fast pace, "move em out, move em in" society that we live in today. While working to resolve my problem and my unhappiness, I could see that old core value "that this is a person, not a dollar amount" in front of me that needs my help. I have to give a shout out to the wonderful gentlemen that wouldn't quit until I agreed to go back and see the dentist and allow her to assess the problem and come up with a solution. Mostly everyone there, that I have come in contact with, are totally focus on making sure I get what I need. Thank you Aldan Family Dental, Aldan Pa!!!!!!!!!

I waited until after my sixth visit to review, and it's most definitely 5 stars. I have major issues with going to the dentist. I have had horrible dental treatment in the past, and have actually been left in pain for years due to that treatment. But, I also have a medical condition that makes my teeth incredibly susceptible to caries. First visit, I went in as an emergent patient, with a dental abscess. The guy up front, he was horrible. I had to make a scene to finally get seen, due to his incompetence. I didn't feel that it bode well, and I was actually within seconds of walking out. But when I was finally taken back it was great. The dentist, Dr. Maria, actually listened to me. We put together a care plan. Today was my 6th visit, and I have to say, I'm impressed. From Gianna at the front desk, to Beth, the amazing hygienist, Sami (sp?) the dental assistant, and Dr. Maria herself, I feel welcomed and cared for. I should mention, the guy who gave that horrible treatment on day one? Gone. The oral surgeon that I had to see in visit two has the bedside manner of a rock (a dull rock at that). He did a great job on the extraction, but don't expect any sort of communication. I will continue to use Aldan Family Dental (specifically Dr. Maria), so long as I live in driving distance!
