Washers don’t get hot… not even warm.. recently picked up their prices which were already high. The people who work here every single day say they’re not the owner and there’s nothing they can do, and the owner doesn’t come in. Wouldn’t be surprised if that’s their excuse and they are the owners.

Since losing my washer and dryer to fire I have been using the site on Garrett Road every two weeks and I don't see me getting a washer and dryer again. Nice, clean business, always packed and new washers and dryers. Price ranges from around $4 for small wash/dry to $9 for medium and $13 for the large combo. I have never used all of my dryer credits and they stay on your card! They keep the machines clean and unclogged and the owners/staff are very helpful and flexible.

First time here, came here because they open at 6:00am. This place is a rip off with the dryers, they do not get hot enough. I normally spend less than $15 at a laundromat. For the xtra large wash load, I spent $25.00 here because of the dryers don’t work efficiently. I told the lady the dryer, turned off & took the money i recently added, she argued back & forth going off topic of what I was talking about. I just wanted my money back or the time back I just put on the dryer. She said she just work here, you have to wait until the manager comes in which was 15 minutes. Why isn’t a manager there already, especially if the people do not speak clear English. Definitely will not be returning.

It's my neighborhood laundry mat. The owners always keep the place clean. They clean multiple times a day. They are so observant and helpful.

Perfect spot to wash clothes have a bite to eat at a table while you wait for your clothes to be done. They don't sell food, I'm just suggesting you can bring some. Lol

I thought K-Laundromat had a very good, friendly environment. I appreciated how friendly the staff on duty was. The price was inexpensive, they offered me a bonus in the washer and free extra drying time. I love this place, I'm planning on coming back again. Thanks K-Laundromat, this was the best place I've ever been to.

Staff that helped me get my Laundry Card was excellent. I'm a Sales guy right now and really appreciated how easy going this guy was. He was busy fixing another Card Station and still made time to help me and feel welcome. New Home. Love the Free Drying with a Wash!

Put 1 shirt in for 20 minutes in a dryer at high heat. Dryer barely dried it. Spoke to woman working there and her response was very rude and dismissive "You have to put in for 40 minutes." Seriously 40 minutes to dry 1 shirt at high heat? Not sure what is worse the dryer not working or the employee's rude and dismissive behavior. Avoid this place.
