  MadRag I was hired at madrag store 37 in august I was hired by Cyan. At first everything was okay the store was a mess but I’m not afraid of work and it was to my understanding that this store had been understaffed for some time. I worked a week with Cyan before she went on vacation. While she was on vacation things began to hit the fan! I found out the day before pay day that I wouldn’t be paid and when I came in for my shift my coworkers already knew and were discussing it! I was told that the reason I wasn’t paid was because Cyan had not yet been trained on how to do certain things. W/e I gave it grace because as I stated before it was my understanding that store had been understaffed for some time. I still proceeded to clock in that day & do my work load. Fast forward a week and a few days and now the employees that have been working there before me are now going around the store asking questions like “whose side are you on? The new manager or the old one” many games like this were played. Moving further ahead one of the employees had one of her family members come up in the store to stir up more drama with the new manager and employees. I gave that grace because temp, Mia, miriayah and Jainie helped de-escalate that situation. Now we are at current day this would have been my second time supposed to be getting paid but I still have not received any payment for a months worth or work almost and I’m not the only one who hasn’t been paid and is a new hire! I’m bringing this here because I was not given any corporate number to make a complaint! I have mad a police report!

  It looks so beautiful in the store now! I greatly appreciate the store manager Janie and Sarah for coming in that store and making the store shoppable and friendly ?

  I had such a bad experience the last time I was there. So long story short I came to this store hoping to get some business casual shirts for work but the moment I started shopping and sorting through the racks to find my size I noticed a Hispanic heavy set man stalking me. I mean he literally followed me from section to section. He kept rushing over to me and examining me, I'm assuming he thought I was going to be stealing something but I wasn't. I've been going to this store for many years and I've never taken a thing. I tried to shrug it off but then I noticed that he was only following me! I ended up spending around 70 bucks and when I got home to try everything on nothing fit because I mistakenly got the wrong size because I wanted to hurry up and leave the store because of this man making me uncomfortable. I don't even want to go back to do an exchange because he might be there to make me uncomfortable again. After many years of me shopping here I will never return to this establishment ever again. You guys just lost a faithful customer.

  I was looking for a white turtleneck for my mother, they didn't have it but what they had was some of the cutest clothes at reasonable prices. A nice place to shop for the young and the young at heart.

  They have some really cute clothes but some of the clothes they have you can tell are kind of on the cheaper side when it comes to quality but other than that they’re still really cute. I do agree with another review that the store is way to crowded at times with their clothes and it’s very frustrating trying to walk between the racks without something falling. They also have some pretty cute shoes and accessories.

  Purchased some items on the 3rd of November and returned on the 6th of November because I had found something better. Tried to return but they DO NOT give cash refund. Exchange or in store credit available only. THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS FOR EVER!

  I like Mad Rag. A lot of the things in top boutiques can be found in this store....If you know how to put an outfit together and you search through the Madness! I think that's why it's named Mad Rag!This location you have to keep an eye ?️? on your fellow shopper, they have sticky fingers.
