Great experience! Helped me to get my battery changed on my 2020 MINI Clubman. MINIs are not regular cars and can be very complex to work on, but the great team at Midas took on challenge and helped me tremendously!

Can’t believe that I took my car in to be serviced around 10am and had to wait in the ENTIRE STAFF to finish smoking MARIJUANA. The worked apologized for my wait and explained that he needed “his morning medicine” (the weed!) before looking at MY car. Ok yeah, I prefer my mechanic to not be impaired. I immediately left and came back that late afternoon to find that they were still smoking weed. I just stood and observed in shock as I had never seen an establishment so unprofessional. I realized that they were working on their own personal vehicle! Cash apping side payments. It was the worst Midas in history!

Great service provided. The guy that helped me was friendly attentive and knowledgeable. Was there for the BOGO Full Synthetic Oil Change. They were short staffed but still was able to get me in at my appointment time. Like every other place tried to sell the air filters but wasn't pushy about it. I'm going back in a few months for my second oil change, tire rotation and inspection.
