They let some random insurance company tow my car off the lot without knowing it was the wrong car...THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! THEN IT WOULD BE AN HOUR BEFORE IT GET BACK..I WAS GON WAIT THE HOUR..THEN THE MANAGER TOLD ME ITS GOING TO BE 3TO4 HOURS??♂️..DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE..ITS ELEMENTARY SERVICE AT BEST.

THIS PLACE WILL GET THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER TO TOW YOUR CAR HERE AND CANCEL YOUR ARRANGEMENT YOU ALREADY MADE WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY, AND WILL PAY THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER MONEY TO CANCEL YOUR ARRANGEMENT!! THEY WILL THEN CHARGE YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO PICK UP YOUR CAR OR STEAL YOUR CAR!!! TRUST ME! THIS ALMOST HAPPENED TO ME! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE, YOUR MONEY, AND YOUR WELLBEING!!! THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!! THE POLICE NEEDS TO RAID THIS PLACE AND SHUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!!! ?
PS. So after I posted the post above, the owner of the shop had the nerve to call my cell phone and threatened to put a payment judgment against me and called me the “n” word for black people because he can’t take a negative review. He hung up and then texted my phone, threatening me more. These people are horrible. They will take advantage of your hardship and steal from you. My car was supposed to go to Caliber Collision. Instead my car ended up here. (Modern Auto Crafters near 69th St.) The wonderful lady at Caliber Collision (Christine) and my insurance company worked very hard to get my car off this lot! Christine was the one who told me about the scam when she called me. She said this happens a lot in my area. DO not allow anyone to tow your car here! I don’t care how nice he sounds in the comment below! They are liars! You have been warned! Everyone please stay safe out here!

This location is a complete scam. My vehicle got towed here due to it being hit while parked. The fee given to release the car was 945 dollars for just one day. The person here is disrespectful and had the audacity to call us broke for not wanting to pay this fee. SCAMMERS SCAMMERs

My car is currently at this shop. Someone broke into my car early Sunday morning 3/10 and low and behold a tow truck driver showed up out of no where while we were waiting for the police. Towed to Modern Auto Crafters and it's been on the lot for 6 days. Now they're telling my insurance carrier that the fee for the 6 days and mind you we're not even at the end of the 6th day as I'm writing this is over $4,000. I wish we were more with it during the process when it was broken into and did not allow it to be towed. Scam, scam SCAM BIG TIME not to mention no numbers work, all VM's are full. You're better off just going there in person or go to the police station.

I had my car towed here after someone hit my car while my son was parked on a street, from the tow truck driver who my kid said was very very nice, {to get a compliment from him is a huge deal} Shout out to Jason G., TY!to the people in the office, they were so nice and I felt like they actually heard what I was saying, they handled the entire incident very well. Now it took my INS Co over 2 weeks to provide them with a check, so the length of not having my car killed me but it was no one's fault except the INS CO. When I got the car back, I heard something weird and I was oh God here we go, because in the back of my mind I'm thinking I just read all these reviews, well they fixed it immediately. I think the paint could have had a 2nd coat in 2 tiny areas, which I'm 100% sure they will touch up for me or I will be revising my review. Lol I'm just so grateful to have my car back, thank all of you.

This place deserves NO STARS!!! They never answer the phone. DO NOT ALLOW CAR TO BE TOWED to Modern Auto Crafters. I spoke to a representative who refused to give me their name and hung up an blocked my phone number. Extremely rude. No one knows how much storage or towing fees are. They told me,"Do not worry about it You are not paying or do you want us to send you an invoice?" I spoke to insurance and they said the rates are beyond ridiculous. They are waiting to have approval because the charges are so high and they charge hundreds per day. I usually never complain but this situation made me furious.

take your car there at your own risk the tow driver took my car there. they had my car for 3 months they never answer phone I really can go on and on but it's just makes me angry if u believe n reviews believe it run I called the better business bureau on them it's that bad

No stars. These people are the biggest scammers!!!! They take peoples cars and hold them hostage. They add fraudulent charges that they tell people so the insurance can pay an astronomical amount out. They will not give the car back with multiple attempts to pick up our vehicle from our insurance company …and they pretend like they are not there. They don’t answer the phone, the owner is an arrogant piece of work and that’s being nice . I have no idea how this fraudulent business is still up and running this place needs to be shut down. Scum!!

Everybody that See this post Listen up!!! I got into a Car accident 2 weeks ago and my Car was Towed to this place and it’s there …me and my family has been calling this place for 2 weeks and no answer I went to the business located near 69th st and arrived at 12pm and they were closed but they were supposed to close at 4pm they closed 4 hours early on 12/22/23 …so I drive there again today 12/29/23 @ 12:30pm. I collected a few items that was in my totaled car …then walked into the office and I asked for a Vehicle release form and I signed it took pictures so the insurance company can come collect the car. I told the lady the insurance company is coming out today to get the car . So I left the office I got in my rental car and drove off now I’m literally 15min away from this place the insurance lady calls back after I sent photos of the vehicle release form and said I need to tell the tow truck place to send her the fees to her email so they can pay the storage fees …so I drove back to this place and now there closed ???? and I sat and thought about it …and I realized once I told the tow truck place that the insurance company is coming today to get the car they closed the store probably immediately after I drove off …these people purposely don’t answer the phone from insurance companies they know there phone numbers …they hold the cars longer to make people pay more money …the longer they hold the more you pay …I’m going back next week and I will be on the phone with the insurance company at the same time and I will be video recording everything and I’m not leaving the store until the insurance company come get the car I’ll literally take the day off and sit up there all day if I have to these people don’t understand who there messing with ….this place has to have a license to run this business and it needs to stripped of everything they own …ima tell the insurance company to hire a private investigator ? they won’t see it coming cause you never know who is who nowadays …they gone lose there business over Greed!!!! Watch ?
