This is a terrible company, do not have your car towed here. The scammers are trying to collect excessive amounts of money, my car has been there for 11 days and they are telling the insurance company that there is a bill of 4 thousand dollars. The insurance company tells me that this is too much money and they will not cover it. And when the insurance company asks for the bill, they do not send it, they say they cannot send it, do not trust this place. They are not friends of your wallet.

Someone from this company showed up at a car accident I was in yesterday, called an ambulance and supposedly lied about the health condition of those involved- nobody was injured- and tried to pressure all involved to have cars towed here. First it was a, “secure holding facility,” which quickly turned into a, “body shop,” when insurance was brought up. When asked if the person who showed up was contacted by the police they said no, they happened to see the accident and come over…. They continually asked for insurance deductibles and went as far as threatening that police could ticket for vehicles being stuck in the road.
Thankfully insurance was able to sort a tow truck and the police assisted.
Do NOT let these people take your car!

Scam Alert! Do NOT have your car towed here. They charge storage and tow fees 20x higher that the legal limit and they hold your car hostage while you argue about the fees. The township and Attorney General have received numerous complaints regarding this scam. They are horrible to deal with and should receive negative stars

This place is sad me and my cousin got into an accident a towtruck driver came from modern crafter took his car there because he told us this place was a good body shop well that's a lie we went on Monday to pick his car up with a new towtruck that the insurance it's working with he cut him a business check they wouldn't take it because they wanted cash so my cousin had to pay out his pockets. These people are scamers they don't pick up your calls and they try to hold your car instorige as long as they can to rack up a big instorige fee ...do not go there trust me..

Do not go here. As the other reviews mention they are shady.
Tow truck driver impersonated a different company then didn't take my car where I wanted and took it here. They then held my car hostage and charged the insurance company $3200 for it being on their lot for only 6 days. Took us 3 days just to find out it was taken here.
We currently have a fraud investigation into this business. Avoid at all cost.

If your vehicle is involved in an accident , take it elsewhere. Very shady body shop, involved in wreckchasing. This business pays tow truck drivers to take your damaged car to them and then charge storage fees. They took very long to repair my vehicle and when they did return it the work done was poor. I had to take it back to them because they failed to replace my tire with obvious sidewall damage. Also the my car was very noisy and I had to take it back again. They rarely answer the phone and have limited office hours.Do not take your vehicle to this glorified body shop!

My car is currently at this shop. Someone broke into my car early Sunday morning 3/10 and low and behold a tow truck driver showed up out of no where while we were waiting for the police. Towed to Modern Auto Crafters and it's been on the lot for 6 days. Now they're telling my insurance carrier that the fee for the 6 days and mind you we're not even at the end of the 6th day as I'm writing this is over $4,000. I wish we were more with it during the process when it was broken into and did not allow it to be towed. Scam, scam SCAM BIG TIME not to mention no numbers work, all VM's are full. You're better off just going there in person or go to the police station.

This place deserves NO STARS!!! They never answer the phone. DO NOT ALLOW CAR TO BE TOWED to Modern Auto Crafters. I spoke to a representative who refused to give me their name and hung up an blocked my phone number. Extremely rude. No one knows how much storage or towing fees are. They told me,"Do not worry about it You are not paying or do you want us to send you an invoice?" I spoke to insurance and they said the rates are beyond ridiculous. They are waiting to have approval because the charges are so high and they charge hundreds per day. I usually never complain but this situation made me furious.

take your car there at your own risk the tow driver took my car there. they had my car for 3 months they never answer phone I really can go on and on but it's just makes me angry if u believe n reviews believe it run I called the better business bureau on them it's that bad

This place Is by far the best body shop in the tri state the owners are very respectful transparent gave me updates on my vehicle the whole time through the process of my vehicle being repaired they even helped out with assisting me with a rental car when I didn't haven't rental assistance on my policy I would recommend everyone to have there car fixed at modern auto crafters definitely my goto body shop

My car was confiscated on I76 way back in June. At the evident moment I gave the guy my information I was never informed or contacted about my vehicle. I also never gave him the okay to Authorize the junking of my car. It’s now been too long and I gave up the search. My Vehicle was supposed to be here as I was informed when I signed it off to these people. Now she’s no where to be found. I’ll be calling again very soon.

Deserves no star at all! Told my insurance that they need $7,000.00 to be paid for a car that was there less than a week! The car didn't worth 7k so the insurance wasn't paying it. They claim cleaning fees etc when there was nothing to be clean. This company is a damn scam.
