“We bought a car for our 2 teenage boys. It's a 2013 ford escape, elderly owner so extremely low miles for a 10 year old car (35K). We had it for a couple weeks and the engine light came on. My husband took it to Auto Zone on Sunday just for diagnostics. They said it was the thermostat. It still needed Pa inspection done as it was registered in Jersey so my husband called Brad Smith on Monday am to see if/when he could take it. We dropped it off Tuesday evening for Wednesday service. It ended up being just the sensor and being a much cheaper repair than we thought plus inspection. We just picked it up and it's running perfect, and Brad was super nice! He got us in and done fast, was a pleasure to do business with, and didn't rip us off! We haven't used a private mechanic in a long time, just been using the dealers, but we now have a reliable mechanic will definitely be using and recommending him to everyone!!”

“Me and my husband we're getting an oil change today and while we were there we witness them being honest and forthcoming to a client that thought that he needed a certain work done on their car. It turns out they do not need that work and instead they advised him to get new tires prior to getting an alignment. They could have just given them an alignment and not cared about his tires. I think every other car place would do in a second and just take advantage of that guy they did not. These guys are honest and thorough. “I stopped into Speedy Lube off of Greys Ferry Ave to get an oil change and they informed me on the proper oil for my vehicle so i got the oil and they changed all of my filters also the wait wasn't long. The service was great and so was the Mechanic he was so helpful he showed me the cabin filter behind my glove box that looked like it had never been changed before now the inside of my car doesn't have that weird smell. Thanks......Great service there and I will definitely be going back!!!!”

Check out our local auto mechanic Roy and Son here in Morton on Yale Ave. They are honest and reasonable, the jeep needs a repair and they were totally honest about how long I can go without the repair and what it would cost. “My first time going here b/c they're so close to where I live and they had pretty good google reviews so I took a chance. I had a good experience with them and would recommend them to others. I had to get all 4 of my break pads & rotors replaced + the front strut assembly's, the front sway bar links and a wheel alignment, so the cost definitely wasn't cheap. However, they know what they're doing, were very professional and quick. Good customer service too. I would certainly go back there again.”

“I always appreciate a Technician who goes the extra mile. I went in for an oil change and a free car wash on a recommendation from a friend. The technician not only completed the oil change but noticed two areas that needed immediate attention. My car had been idling high, running hard and sucking gas like a new born baby being breast fed. Given the fact that the car made an uncomfortable noise I went with one of the two additional recommendations and the sound was gone. The other recommendation given was not addressed at Wash N Lube because that work was done at another shop and apparantly not well. Since it is still under warranty I'm taking it back to get it done right. I definitely love a mecganux/technician who goes the extra mile. By the way the car wash was impeccable. I will be back at Upper Darby WashNLube.”
