This Petco was clean, well stocked and had a ton of parking. The staff seemed very friendly and the animals were well cared for.

vetco situation here was so so so so bad - like night and day compared with my vetco experience at ardmore a year ago. awkward rude unhelpful people - told me to weigh my own dog then watched me struggle to do so (also had my cat.) a year ago friendly people addressed me, my dog, got her to easily get on the scale. these people seemed smug, almost pleased to say after all that that they couldnt help - they wont write a flea preventative prescription beyond what you purchase there, and they dont carry what either of my pets take. that was not a problem a year ago. id always gone to the ardmore location, but after this im done with petco in general.

i went there for dog grooming as I've done dozens of times. they called me 5 minutes after I dropped off my dog and asked me to pick her up because she was agitated. All of a sudden, after 14 years my dog is agitated and can't be groomed? tell me you over booked without telling me you overbooked.

The store was very clean and smelled good. I was impressed with how much the store has improved. However, I felt like I was interrupting a private conversation between the associates at the counter. They did not seem very professional and nobody asked if they could help me as I stood at the front. Also, there were 3 people at the front, but nobody in the store to ask if we needed any help. Very odd visit.
