Stopped in today to inquire about a unit to rent. I was immediately greeted by Chris. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions. Definitely worth giving this location a look for all your storage needs.

This review is for Jessica!! This lady is AMAZING!! She had immaculate customer service skills!! She was very thorough explaining everything to me & made sure to answer every question that I had!! For someone who’s never used one before, she made this whole process so easy!! Clearly from the previous reviews about her, you can tell she gets the job done and is definitely ONE of ONE!! If any management is reading this review, she needs a raise expeditiously!! I will be sending my friends here to see Jessica because I’m SURE she’ll help them and treat them with the upmost respect as she did me during my time here! Thank you so much Jessica!! They are not clean mice all over all my containers became dirty mice poop all on my stuff i am looking for a new storage place it's a mess now i have to move my things and then my rent is 115 and they went into my account wthout permission and took 164 dollars out i never gave them permission so i will be at the location today to speak with someone and all the nice comments i believe people are paid to give a good review because this place is ewwww they don't deserve any stars but you have to just to post i been here 3 months my husband has to go in i can't take the spell or mice laying in the hallway and if you gave a good review your nasty they have to be your mice noway i feel like i will have to lose everything my granddaughter toys she's 12 now she had since she was 1 smh do better i only pick this location close to home no more i will be cleaning this mess off my stuff which don't think i should have to do but then I'm moving out check references but it's about the money smh
