SALE REFUSAL.
i was ignored by the manager . as i stood in line to purchase my items i was being ignored so i walked out without being able to buy anything due to the manager ignoring me. the manager refused to ring me up .

So I went in rainbow on 12/24 ( Christmas Eve ) and Monica Gibson was in the front collecting bags, this lady than broke my candle from Ross and told me she would come with me to Ross so she can replace it, to come back at 4:30PM cause she doesn’t have cash and her manager won’t let her help me at the moment… I than come back at 4:30 for her to not be there and when I call her ( cause she gave me her number so I can get in contact with her after work ) she asks me what part of the city do I live in 🤔 I than bring the problem to the manager and she tells me that a person problem and I need to talk it out with her .

Hi folks. I went to this Rainbow store tonight and the prices are great but the quality of clothes isn't the best as you could imagine. You really pay for what you buy. Just be mindful of how you take care of your clothes including the way in which you wash and dry your items. I will say, I was somewhat shocked because as soon as we stepped foot in the store, one of the employees came to us asking to take our shopping bags. I guess because of the ridiculous amount of shoplifting that occurs. I can understand that. Now the woman working this night seemed to be the manager, not 100% sure if she is but she was very rude to a customer who wasn't English-speaking. She was frustrated because the customer didn't know what to do with her card during her transaction but the woman let her frustration show and that's bad for business but that also impacts the shopping experience. Customer service is important and should improve at this store. There needs to be some changes made. Affordable clothes is great but lack of customer service and respect is one hell of an issue. Hopefully too they get some more clothes in so that there is more to choose from. There wasn't much to buy tonight as the selections were very limited. They need more variety and styles.

At this particular location on 69th street, the customer service is certainly lacking. The employees are not eager to engage or assist, nor are they friendly. Just get what you want and go is the tone. They store closes at 8 and they start shutting down parts of the store before then. The downstairs shuts down at 7 and the store doors lock at 7:45 because they “have to clean up”.

I Arrived At The Store At 5:40pm , As I'm Walking Up, The Store The Gate Was Being Pulled Down From The Inside , I Then Try To Open The Door , It's LOCKED .... Even On The Door The Sticker Says The Store Closes At 6:00pm Today, Which Is Sunday... A Whole 20 Minutes, Most Likely More Than That , Before Closing Time The Doors Are LOCKED... Wow, Disappointed... I Expected Better ..

Went into this store at 7:45. They close at 9. As previous comments have stated they had the plus size section already closed off!!!! I even asked to confirm with the cashier that they did close at 9. They do, but not if you are plus size. I will not go to this store again or any other of their stores for that matter.

I haven’t been here in a while but they have some pretty nice clothes, but the store is pretty cramped though. They have nice jewelry and other accessories like bracelets and necklaces that are pretty cute. This isn’t somewhere I regularly shop but will come to when I want something cute for a good price.

Store closes PLUS size department early, which is completely ridiculous and NOT advertised. Managment needs to fix this! Very unpleased with the overall running of this location.

01/8/22 11am I will not go back The cashier lady today is very unprofessional she was very rude the way she responded when I ask her about an item.I know it can be overwhelmingly sometimes but if you don't want to work just stay home.And the way she spoke to me I will be reporting this store and the way she was banging everything on the counter.I've been going to this store for years and never had an experience like this downstairs is so dirty with white dust everywhere couldn't even find a place to sit to try on shoe the bench was so dusty.Now I got to clean all my stuff when I get home.

I went today because there where so many cute pants and hoodies and I went in and as I said there where many cute stuff BUT everyone was so RUDE in there. It made me want to leave so bad, I cant with my anger issues but I wanted the pants so bad so I staid please get better employees because it’s not it. ITS VERY ANNOYING please get nicer people

I shop here frequently and often the cashiers are nice & respectful but they have one who is ignorant not friendly & always has a attitude about a store or a receipt issues..I wish they fire this lady already!!Who hires these people to work for their company?Costumers she always be right regardless..We spend our hard earned workin money here .
